Bought both my vehicles from Freedom Toyota. Went to get them inspected both at the same time today. Some one went in my console for no reason because the owners card and insurance card were already laying on the seat. I had $100 in cash taken from my console. No one's to blame I guess except my self. Complained and even had the police involved. I gess when they say service department they mean help your self with what ever you can find. The service manager and department we're very nice. I wasn't but I still paid my bill. Someone got a $100 tip. Merry Christmas P.S. don't trust anyone.

I am so glad I purchased my vehicle at freedom Toyota! Not only am I in love with my car, but their service perks can t be beat! My oil change, with free pick up and delivery, was cheaper than most of the places I ve gone to in the past and I don t have to worry about getting my juke there and back. Highly recommend to everyone!

Doug at Freedom Toyota took a caring approach during each of our visits. He even allowed us to test drive vehicles with our service dog to make sure he was as comfortable as the rest of the family. Couldn't have asked for a better, more straight forward experience. We love our new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Doug made the entire time I was there about me. He didn't run off for other customers with bigger sales. I drove all the way from Bloomsburg twice for the deal and purchase and both times felt like I was being treated as family.

My husband and I received the best service provided by Doug Murphy. He is friendly, courteous, a very good listener to meet our expectations in buying a new 4-Runner and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. He had all paperwork prepared in advance, therefore, there was more time for him to explain all the new details of our new 4-Runner. We would definitely recommend anyone to see Doug when at Freedom Toyota. He's the best!

My visit to Freedom Toyota was great from start to finish, when i walked in i was surrounded by smiling face all ready to assist me, the sales person Weston was ready for my arrival, information on the SUV, keys in hand and SUV ready to test drive. But please note that in all my time in Weston presents he never once tried to sale me the car I came to look at, never once did he make a sales pitch, I was in pressed, and I came away from there happy and with the car I came to look at. If you're looking for a no pressure dealership this is the place to go

I had to return to get a fog light lens put on so my car would pass inspection and Erin was thorough, polite, and most of all very happy and friendly. There is nothing worse than having to deal with a grumpy service person and Erin was a breath of fresh air in an industry fraught with rude and hurried customer service reps. It is because of Erin that I will continue to drive 25 miles each way to have my car serviced at Freedom Toyota.

Paid for a new filter and labor but they never touched it. Many promises of getting a call back from Freedom and never heard anything. Had to get Toyota involved for them to finally do something. Awful company, avoid.

This is our fourth time buying a vehicle from Free...

This is our fourth time buying a vehicle from Freedom. In the past we always got something that was already on the lot. This time we decided to get exactly what we want. Since Freedom has virtually no color selection, we had to have a car brought from another dealer. We were there on a Friday morning and were told that they might even get the car tomorrow (Saturday) and if not, then on Monday. Monday came and still no car. We didn't actually get the car until Thursday. Sat in the dealership with a 5 and 3 year old waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up, which we were told it would be ready when we got there. Signed all the papers and were ready to head out to check the car. To our surprise, it wasn't exactly what we ordered. It was suppose to have the second row of captain's chairs but instead came with a full bench seat. The kids were hungry, tired, and on the verge of a meltdown, so my wife said it was fine. We weren't offered anything for the wrong order just told that if we change our minds, we have three days to bring it back. We are normally very pleased with Freedom but this time it was a complete disappointment.

I bought my Prius from Freedom and worked with Donny Frantz. What a pleasure! I test drove at other Toyota dealerships closer to home, but decided to buy here because of their customer service and Donny's knowledge of the Prius. It's my first hybrid, and he was so helpful explaining everything! Plus I got a great deal! They made the whole process so easy, my two hour drive was worth it. I'd definitely recommend Donny and Freedom Toyota.

Donny was great! Not only did he take the time to deal with my husband and myself but he also took the time and established a relationship with our children. The paperwork process can take a few hours, however Donny had us in and out in our new vehicle in less than an hour!

My sales rep., Hunter was awesome! He was so down to earth & accommodating. He was not pushy or unwilling to help. I received the same treatment from his Sales Manager Kim. They were so approachable & willing to work with me. Wes the Finance Manager was very funny & made sure I understood everything that I was signing & took his time to go over my payments as well as any add-ons to my loan. I have spoken with Hunter in a friendly/personal tone a few times since I purchased my truck.

Took my '12 camry in which i had just bout that had a TC malfunction under a service bulletin extension.Erin Chicu helped me everystep of the way and took care of everything including a loaner for the time i was without my vehicle.i had my car back within 12 hrs with not onlya brand new TC and updated ecm but gaskets,hardware, new fluids etc.if you are looking for an affordable fast friendly dealership,go to freedom toyota they will take care of your woes.

We have been a customer at Freedom Toyota for nearly 14 years. We have purchased five Toyota's over the years and still have all of them. The service has fluctuated greatly.
Today, when I visited I presented a coupon for an oil change however, when I went to check out the coupon wasn't taken off the bill. In addition, I was invoiced for an extra quart of oil. When i told the cashier he simply reduced the price but, never changed the qiantity on the invoice. After I pointed that out He still didn't correct the bill appropriately when I showed him what the true price should be compared to the coupon. I asked him to refund the difference on my credit card but, he pulled $3 out of his wallet which was still $0.75 short of what the true amount should have been. While this may seem insignificant it demonstrates the lack of courteous and dedicated service to loyal customers.
I was recommended initially to buy my Toyota there from a family member however, they have long since left freedom Toyota as well as another family member. We are nearing the point of purchasing a new vehicle and not sure if we will continue with Freedom Toyota.

I purchased my Sequoia in March as a Certified Used vehicle and I woke up today with a dead battery. No ones fault, it just happens sometimes. I called the service department and Erin was awesome. She got me in for this afternoon. Upon arriving, Chad helped check me in and asked if I would like a car wash too. I felt bad as it was Friday evening and didn t want to keep anyone there later than necessary. He assured me that they had time and were happy to do it. I waited in the lounge for a total of 20 minutes from start to finish. No charge since it was just purchased, even as a used vehicle . I can t say enough about the courtesy and consideration given to me today and I just want to give a huge shout out to both of them and the rest of the service crew. These programs haven t always worked out as planned for me in the past at other places but today it was spot on here and I am super grateful. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the great work!!!!

Our associate Jeff was great. He really searched to find something agreeable in our budget and was very transparent through the whole process. He was friendly and willing to work with us. He was honest with us through the process and we didn't feel like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. He got us a great deal on a great car. Would recommend to a friend or family member. The process took a little longer than we would have liked with a lot of waiting, especially talking to the loan department but overall a largely positive experience.

From the moment I contacted them via their website they were extremely quick and helpful in contacting me and sending me pictures of things I had inquired about before making the almost 2 hour drive. We decided to make the drive and were helped by Liz Freeman. She was fantastic. She was not pushy at all and was very helpful and friendly. When we decide to make another purchase we won't hesitate to go back!! I LOVE my Rav 4!!!

I had to write about what a wonderful experience we had with Craig Zoppa! He was so professional AND HELPFUL on the phone. I was having a particular issue with my car. He listened intently and said he would get to the bottom of it and even arranged for a loaner car so he could assess the car when it started cold in the morning. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with! As always ... I LOVE FREEDOM TOYOTA! It's a "CLASS" organization! I'm so glad Craig moved back to the area and is with Freedom once again. Thanks again!

It does not get any better. Amazing staff and huge selection of cars. Ivan was an excellent salesperson in every way and Freedom Toyota helped me get rid of a car that I did not want and gave me an excellent deal on a new one. The whole process was so painless and comfortable, they were not pushy in the slightest. I felt like Ivan was talking to me as a friend, not trying to sell me something at all. I am not one for amenities at a location so I don't care but if you are into that, this is the section that this dealership could improve (snacks, beverages, waiting area). They really spent their time and gave effort to work with me. Out of all the dealership experiences I have had, this one takes the crown. Best customer service hands down.

Test drove an suv from this dealer on 1/2/17.At this time I was given a paper stating transmission was not faulty or defective.So with this assurance I purchased the Suv.The very next day and less than 100 miles on car since purchase it had to be taken to a transmission shop.I called Freedom and spoke to Ray Dubbs.I ask him if he would like to drive the car and he declined.I was offered to return vehicle but I would have to take a $500 loss on taxes and notary fees and would end up with no car.Really, that's an option?I was given a 2nd offer to trade vehicle on another vehicle on lot...I didn"t want any other vehicle on their lot.And lastly, with some coaxing, I was offered $500 toward repair of transmission which ended up needing total rebuild at a cost of $3200.Sorry, but this is an insult and an unacceptable way to do business.I have tried to contact owner several times in differing forms of media to discuss this situation but he doesn"t even respond.Although, the dealer has contacted me several times since the purchase to leave messages trying to conjure up more business from me.Selling a faulty car with a major issue and telling the customer it is good is wrong.I have been very respectful with anyone I have spoken to at this dealership but this situation will not just be brushed under the rug.I will pass my story on in reviews,daily contacts and other forms of media until this is made right.

I am very disappointed with the sales department - today my husband called, as in the past we have a great experience with Freedom and after the treatment today we will look elsewhere.
The experience today was to be hung up on and then once he finally spoke to someone, he asked for the gentleman that has assisted us in the past J___ and we were told "you mean Joel" My husband said no but ok, and was put on hold. Someone (not J___ or Joel) answered, my husband stated that we were looking to see about purchasing a Rav4 and wanted to know about the specials currently being offered. The sales person said "All the information was on the internet, you can look there" He then stated "anyway - you have the Chrysler side". My husband than asked to be transferred and was told that "I don't know how to do that, just call back"
Well, Mr. Salesperson - we will not be calling back - we will be calling a dealership that actually wants to sell cars, treats people with respect and that understands when selling cars, without customers, you have no paycheck.

These people know their stuff. They can help you find the exact vehicle that fits what you are looking for in your price range. Plus they can get you financed even if your credit sucks. They were able to get me into an 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser in SUN FUSION YELLOW back in February 2017 with a monthly payment of ~$300. I pay more than that a month to turn that 4 year loan into a 25 month loan to make my interest payments less and to build my credit up higher.

I bought a motorcycle (Victory Cross Country Tour) from this dealership & Blake, Jermain & Eric were tremendous at assisting me with the sale & registration of this bike. Since this "car dealership" doesn't have motorcycle tags, it made registration quite a task, but Jermain, Blake & Eric made it happen flawlessly.

I did not have a ride to the dealer to pick up my motorcycle, so Blake offered to pick me up at my house in Collegeville, PA (1 hour and 10 + minutes away) & drive me to the dealership. He went out of his way to drive all the way to my house and pick me up. Then Jermaine went out of his way to get all the paperwork together & coordinated with the tag place in Hamburg, PA. Blake then drove me to the tag place in Hamburg, PA to get my motorcycle license plate.
Oh wait, I almost forgot. I had to get on computer conference call that I forgot about and I left my computer at home, so Jermain asked Eric (IT guy) to set me up with a computer so I wouldn't miss my call. Eric got got me a computer & a table to sit at &, thankfully, I didn't miss my call.
If it wasn't for Blake, Jermain and Eric, I would have never bought this bike. These guys were TOP NOTCH AND AWESOME to deal with. All three went over and above what they had to do & I couldn't be more appreciative!! I love my bike and am grateful for all their help!! Not many people now a days go this far out of their way to assist others, but these 3 did!! Great Organization and Great Leadership!!

The day we purchased our new Rav4 went OK. I financed the whole deal through my credit union and didn't put any money down and took my trade in as a cash out deal. Doug Murphy on the day of our transaction was great as I've used him a couple of years on another new vehicle purchase. Throughout the day he kept saying if their is anything I can do for you at any time just let me know. The deal is done and Doug said, "you'll get the check for your trade in in the mail about two days. I thought OK no problem. Then a week goes by....nothing. I send Doug an email asking where is my check.....nothing, completely ignored. I let it go for another week. I then call Freedom Toyota about 12 days after our purchase and ask to talk to Doug and the secretary (lack of a better term) said he's off today, but he'll be back tomorrow from noon to 8pm. I then call back the next day at 12noon on the sharp and finally got a hold of Doug. He told me that he doesn't know if anyone is here today that signs checks and can he call me back. So I'm thinking it should only be a few minutes and he should call me right back. Nope.....I waited and waited. I then jumped in my car and drove myself to the dealership and I find Doug and immediately he's a little snarky with me with him saying, "why are you here?" I then explained that I just talked to you on the phone and I'm looking for my check. He then continued the snarky attitude "can't you see I'm with a customer right now. I told you (on the phone) that I was with a customer." Which he didn't and I knew was B.S. because I called him right at noon when he walked in the door at the start of his work day so their was no customer. I'm standing there thinking what am I, chopped liver? As far as I'm concerned the deal isn't done yet, but Freedom and Doug got their money so as far as they are concerned it's done. Then Doug goes back into a back office for almost ten minutes and finally comes out with the check in hand and his attitude is a complete 180 degree and reversal and Mr. friendly now and gives another B.S. story of oh we were going to send it out Friday while this is Wednesday of the following week and apologizes and is Mr. friendly now in front of his prospective customers sitting at his desk. As a person and repeat customer I really hate being playing with as I can read people very well. He'll tell you as the sale is going down, "if you need anything just let me know." Then when you need something after their deal is done it's now a whole different story. I'm not in the business of giving out free cars to dealerships and if I didn't persist on getting paid for my trade in I personally don't think I would have seen a penny of it. They tout themselves as a "life improvement company" life improvement for who?.....Themselves.

The staff was great, Roj the salesmen treated me extremely well. His knowledge of the Tundra was very good and was able to answer my questions and if he could not he found the right person who could to make sure it was correct. The 2020 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition in the show room was the only one there. Drove the truck and loved it. There was one concern the bed size was smaller than I wanted. The staff immediately went to and searched for one elsewhere. There was one out there in the color and correct bed size. They assured me that they would get me that truck. I gave them a good deposit in good faith that they would come through with that truck. It looked like my 6 week search for a New truck was over. The next day Raj the salesman called me to inform me they found the truck in Nevada and that it would take a little longer to get it to the dealership. That was no problem only to find out to get the truck shipped it would cost 1,200 dollars and the dealership would absorb the fees to put me in the the truck I so dearly wanted.WOW They could have told me that the truck was accounted for and give me back my 1,000 dollar deposit. Nothing else needs to be said.

They're very nice people. Erin was nice to work with. Only issue I had was that I told them a week prior to my appt that I needed a valve cover gasket. They told me they had it in stock. Come to my appt, leave my car there all day to find out they didn't have it. And I have to come back. No big deal if I didn't live 45 minutes away and had to have someone else drive separate all the way down with me for an appt at 8am so I can leave my car there all day for them. Then have to have someone else bring me all the way back to pick it up. Major inconvenience. And it's a valve cover gasket, very common item. Really surprised they wouldn't have that in stock. Either way, I go back next week to have it finished and will update my review accordingly.

Kelsey was a tremendous help in making sure all my service needs were relayed to the shop. I absolutely needed a loaner vehicle while they worked on the recall, Emissions and inspection. (E&I) She verified and arranged for the loaner car. She also, made my appointment in a timely and efficient manner.

Upon my arrival , I was able to pull my vehicle into the enclosed service area. I was greeted by Chris within moments of my standing at one of the service desks. He helped me to re-register my vehicle online and also printed out my insurance info (required) for my E&I and loaner vehicle. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Chris, answered all of my questions and helped to make this a smooth transaction. They (the service crew) washed my car. Because my car was purchased there I only had to pay for the emissions portion of the service and labor as well as no charge for the loaner or car wash.

In the waiting area they have comfortable chairs, a TV, popcorn, cookies, fruit bars, fresh coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and water available.

I simply couldn t be happier with the friendly and proffetional service received from this dealership. This was an incredibly great vehicle service experience. I am very pleased with the above and beyond good treatment received and would recommend this dealership because of it.

Do you believe in fulfilling your dream(s)? Do you believe in redemption? I certainly believe in both. On 11/5/19, I finally realized a dream of mine that had been 10 years in the making... I have redeemed a mistake I made when I was merely 17 years old.

In 2009 when I first started driving, I inherited a 1999 #Toyota #4Runner - Sport Edition in #ImperialMicaJade. I loved this vehicle as it had a beautiful color, an awesome interior (sunroof, etc.), and reputation for durability, reliability, and performance. Unfortunately, at 102,250 miles in early 2010, I was in an accident with it. After an assessment , I was told the vehicle couldn t be fixed and a gentleman bought it off of me for $500 for parts ; however, I came to learn later that he had restore the vehicle and made it usable again. I was devastated to learn that MY green 4Runner was being used by someone else... I felt cheated...swindled. For 10 years, I saw this vehicle in passing (as it had a distinctive gold badging on the exterior) and remembered how I got swindled.

I bought a 2006 Toyota 4Runner - Sport Edition that helped bring me some solace; however, throughout these 10 years, I made a promise to myself that if Toyota ever came out with another green 4Runner again, I d find a way to get it. In January 2019, Toyota announced that they would finally bring back a green color, #ArmyGreen, for the 2020 #TRDPro series. After months of researching the vehicle through numerous car sites and blogs and finding a dealership that actually had an allocation of the #ArmyGreen4Runner, I finally secured my vehicle in September 2019. After 6 long weeks of waiting, I finally got my first look at the vehicle, 11/5/19. Instantaneously, I had shivers down my spine and a tear in my eye... I finally got my green 4Runner back.

This is my second time going back to this dealership! The gave me more than my trade was worth ! not only did they get me approved it was less than 2 hours in an out ! While other dealerships did not call back or played the run around game. I will recommend this dealership to others!

I went in, mind set i wasnt buying today. My credit is shot so i was mainly looking at "buy here pay here" dealerships. When Jeff talked over everything with us and he got us approved for a 2012 Subaru Legacy my heart was made up. We left there without our down payment and they even gave me more time to get my trade-in down there.

Herschel was very involved and knowledgeable about the truck and was willing to take a cut in his commission to cover the discrepancy we ultimately had that could have busted the deal but we finally came to an agreement he didn't lose anything and I'm very satisfied so far to bad I'm seen all the blu trucks out there lol

This was the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Freedom Toyota. Our first experience with Freedom was so easy and pleasant, we thought no one could top it; but Brian Long did! We shopped around, like anyone would, and found exactly what we were looking for. Since we had dealt with Freedom previously and had had such a great experience there before, we wanted to stop there again. We were both a bit skeptical we would have a second great experience, since our first salesman had retired. However, Brian was right there for us the second we stepped through the door, doing everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Well, not only did he find us the same exact vehicle we previously found and had our hearts set on, he found it in under 48 hours. Very few people would have worked that hard to try to make a customer happy. If anyone I know mentions that they will be looking to purchase a vehicle, we will point them right in the direction of Freedom Toyota and tell them to ask for Brian, without hesitation. Jeff was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I didn't know what I wanted when I started my car search and he took the extra time to make sure I got the right vehicle. I love my Ford Escape that I ended up with. I would recommend Jeff and the rest of the Toyota Freedom staff.
