I purchased my first vehicle from freedom toyota in july of 2013 and was happy with their service and facility, so of course when we had an unfortunate accident last week and had to look at a new car i knew the place i wanted to buy my next car at would be Freedom. After a week of stress trying to get everything taken care...(and that was on my end) i couldnt be happier with the customer service i recieved. I had first spoken with Ray Dubbs who unfortunately was on his way out so he introduced me to a sales representative Yinette Roa. She was amazing!!!! I truly felt like she understood my situation and worked very hard with Wes the finance guy to get us in a car as soon as possible! Thank you so much for all the help from these employees at Freedom Toyota of Hamburg!!! We our loving our 2017 Toyota Pruis
