Don't expect to receive advertised prices. Wednesday we drove by the dealership and saw a white Toyota Tacoma for sale (we have been looking for one). Checked their website and saw advertised price of 34,500 (good deal) with a button to click to "Get Sale Price". My wife and I decided to take it for a test drive. Liza (salesperson) was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, when we returned from test drive and she went to management for a price, she returned with 36,000 (a get sale price 1500 more than listed) She then brought a manager to us who blamed a vendor for mis-pricing the truck and the best he could do was offer it at 35,500. I returned home and wrote an email to the sales manager who again apologized, placed blame on the vendor and promised a follow-up phone call the next day. Two days later and still no call, but the online price has been "corrected to 36,000". The sales manager is listed as the general sales manager and his zoominfo has his title listed as internet sales manager for the former Freedom Toyota dealership which has now become Kelly Toyota (so blaming a vendor for a program you have managed doesn't bode well). Yelp and other review sites have similar reviews. (Edit- just found this truck listed on cars com for 33,800)

Incredible staff! Beautiful, clean dealership! There is a waiting area, play area for kids, coffee/water, vending machine, and even massage chairs for long waits. All employees are friendly, personable and helpful! These folks truly treat you with kindness and go above and beyond helping with bored children while working on paperwork!

Driving up to Freedom my father and I were anxious to find the right fit, both vehicle and sales person. From experience in the business we knew what to expect. Ciana Germann and Brian Long made sure we were both adequately taken care of as well as the great work from both the manager and the finance department. They were very transparent and honest with what we were to expect and what they could offer. In turn their hard work and consideration made or car buying experience enjoyable.

Our sales rep, Barb Stallone was truly their for our benefit and ease. She was never pushy and only sought to be transparent and detailed. She took the time to explore all avenues for deals. Very friendly and easy to work with. The only drawback is the wait periods during these sales visits as reps have to leave their customers multiple times to go to their managers...if this could somehow be expedited it would be tremendous

Amazing experience x3

We have bought 3 vehicles in the past 3 years and our salesman Raj is the best, he got us what we wanted for the price we wanted and it was just an amazing experience all 3 times. Everyone is very friendly and caring about your needs and concerns in financing, service and sales. Overall just an amazing experience and if I had it to do all over again I would go to Freedom Toyota and ask for Raj. Raj has a kind heart and would do what ever it takes to get everything possible you want and need. As a matter of fact he came in on his day off just to deliver our car to us. We sent 2 of our family members to Freedom to see Raj and they both bought vehicles from him, one a used vehicle and one a new vehicle. They also said that their experience was exactly the way we said it would be, a pleasurable experience. If and when we need another vehicle we won't go anywhere else except for Freedom Toyota. To sum this all up you can read all of the reviews and know that Freedom Toyota is a good dealership but you have to go to the dealership and have the experience to truly know how great the all are.

My experience at Freedom Toyota was Fabulous!!!
Our sales guy was Jeff Hinkle, this guy is the man and the person to see if your in the market for a new car. He was super patient with us and very helpful. He explained everything to us from start to finish. I found the car that I love all thanks to him. The Finance guy "CK"was awesome and he too made sure we fully understand the financial piece of the deal. I wish all dealerships and sales guys are like Jeff and CK, this just put them 1st on my list. Fastest and easiest car experience ever. Thanks Freedom Toyota for the excellent car purchasing experience. Guys shop here I guarantee you will not regret it. You want a nice and super patient sales guy ask for Jeff Hinkle!!!!

When I was searching online for a new car, I looke...

When I was searching online for a new car, I looked up the inventory of Freedom Toyota & based on their inventory at that time I chose midnight black Camry SE. Their website had <10 miles on it, but during my visit it turned out that it was used by their HR manager (I was told), and was very dirty with 4700 miles on it. Obviously, I didn't wanna buy it. So, Dayna (the sales specialist) said she can try to look for a similar one within 500 miles radius because they didn't have the same model/color in their inventory at that time. After 10 mins, she came back to her desk with a paper that had one listed with $1500 higher price than Freedom had for the same car in their inventory. But, in my surprise, she offered me the same price exactly what was on Freedom's website & confirmed me that I'd pay exactly what I was supposed to pay for the same car listed on their website. I was surprised that she was able to do that & when I asked her how she could do that, she said "it's on the house/owner", and further explained that "sometime we make money, sometimes it's just like that". But she asked me to pay $500 upfront so that she can get the car, that I did.

On the day of purchase she texted me that "your car is here", and I went to Freedom. However, after ~45 minutes while we were working on the paperwork, at the last moment, I caught just by accident that one of those papers I was about to sign had the original price around $1500 higher than what she quoted me before. I immediately asked what's going on & she said she didn't know. She later asked me if I wanted the $500 deposit back, but it was too late for me as I already made the plans, and was in the middle of signing the paperwork.

She could've just said "Hey we got your car, but the original price I quoted you is now gone up". I would've made an informed decision. How is that "honest, and upfront" when you call me "your car is here" & nobody even cares to mention about the price change until I caught it by chance myself? So, the notion that "Freedom Toyota is honest, and upfront" is something I don't buy.

It didn't stop there. During purchase I was told that they'd buy my old running Camry for $500. However, I couldn't find the title of my old car that day. So, Dayna & manager both told me that they'd give me $500 as soon as I get them the title. Few weeks later I found the title inside the old car (hidden in a stack of paper). So I came back to Freedom, gave Dayna the title, she went inside, and came back only to inform me that they'll only pay $200 for the car. I said why? She said her "manager" didn't wanna pay more than $200 for the car. So, I wanted to talk to the manager directly. After few minutes, another person came to the desk & "claimed" he was manager too (I doubt it), and said that they wouldn't pay more than $200 for my old car although they promised me they would because it's "not part of the same transaction anymore". I reminded him that they promised me that they would honor their own quote, but he didn't buzz. So, in return, I said this: "Fine, I will take $200. And I will write a very bad review as well." He responded: "You would do that even if I honor our quote on your old Camry". I said: "No. And you claim Freedom Toyota is honest, and upfront?" He said "Yes". I replied "I don't see that". Then he inquired whether or not the car got a flat tire. When I said no, and it was running just fine, he said he'd give me $500. My impression was that he only agreed as I said I'd write a bad review.

These are all what I had to go through. I tried to resolve these issues with their manager (John), but he wouldn't do anything. I tried to get in touch with the owner, but nobody would give me the owner's info.

So, they've not been honest, and upfront with me, but I've to be honest, and truthful when I'm writing all the reviews on Google, and other websites. I would let any future potential buyer to make their own decision whether or, not they should purchase from Freedom anymore.

Went to the dealership nervous about what the process was like but the staff there was great! They explained the process out to us in a nice professional manner. Thanks to Tracy with how friendly she was with our family tonight! Highly recommend this dealership and to give Tracy Reitzell a chance at earning your business at the Toyota dealership.

I want to start off with this place has great deals on there vehicles, this is what brought me in , they had a great selection of sequoia's which is what I purchased. Now I was looking at several and found that the vehicles on the lot are not sale ready they have broken windshield's flat tires and nobody was going to do anything until I put money down on them then they would run them through the shop, red flag there but like I said price was good guess what you get what you pay for now there were 3 to choose from so I picked the one with no visible problems and this is the first time I have ever wrote a check for something without the payment paperwork in front of me but they said this is how they do it. . Well big mistake after all was said and done I have paperwork for 2 different vintage numbers and 6 years on the payments instead of 5 I'm currently trying to get with a manager of some type but none wants to call and speak with me imagine that right, so I stopped in today and I don't like to use names but Jeff Ruscavage is the guy who did the financing and I will say double check everything with him he wants that sale but you are not even the dirt on his shoe after that sale . I do not recommend dealing with him he doesn't even give you the I'm sorry I put the paperwork through to the bank wrong story he just doesn't acknowledge you at all. I my opinion he should not be in that position if he cannot even admit he made a mistake. But as for everyone else I know it wasn't them who made the mistake but none wants to do much more than they don't know they didn't do the paperwork. So I'm sorry this is such a long review but please if you do deal with these people make sure you have everything in front of you and don't do anything without proof first I hope this helps.

They scheduled my inspection the week after I called, super convenient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting chairs were comfortable, and even though the wait was long, it was mainly because of a difficulty on my end. Would come here again for my inspection.

I just purchased a used Subaru from Freedom Toyota. It was a "PRE-AUCTION AS IS SPECIAL!!!!" I found it on Auto Trader and contacted their internet sales division. They were very friendly and took care of my needs right away. They even gave me a comprehensive list of everything they estimated the car still needed in terms of service. They were completely honest and up front and I felt highly confident in making the purchase. And by the way, I got an insanely good price. At one point I stepped outside to have a cigarette and I spoke to another customer outside who, in his case, was purchasing a brand new car. He was as excited and happy as I was. He told me that Freedom Toyota was able to give him a financing deal that other dealers wouldn't. The guy was clearly very pleased. So based on the fact that I got exactly what I wanted from them, and I spoke to another customer who was also very satisfied, I would say that Freedom is an excellent group to work with and I highly recommend them.

Hunter Epting was amazing!! Our car broke down in Hamburg during a road trip so we decided we'd just try and buy a car. Hunter worked with us all day as we both had out of state licenses that didn't match our insurance etc. etc. - tons of complexities. He stuck with us til the end trying to jump through hoops and think of workarounds to make the sale work. Thank you Hunter!!

I did not like the fact that it took an 1hour 45mins. For oil change and tire rotation, when I had an appointment. There was grease hand prints on the doors, grill and hood.
There was two mechanics in the truck at the same time, why? They moved my lunch box and was turned over and dumped on the back seat.

*Update* Today 10/09/18 and got my car inspected. You should know although they say it's free you still have to pay $49 and change for labor which they don't mention. Besides not knowing this detail service was great and quick.

This was such a wonderful experience purchasing a brand new car at freedom Toyota. Our sales rep was, although new to the job absolutely wonderful, very professional but down to earth and very easy to get along with. We didn t feel like customers there but friends. I will and have recommended to friends who may be car shopping to check out this place first. I honestly don t think it could have went any better.

I highly recommend Freedom Toyota to anyone looking for a car! Brian Long was very caring, a great listener and made sure we got into the car we were very interested. While we waited, another salesperson stopped by the cubical we were sitting at to make sure we were okay and always made us laugh. They showed that they care about their customers and they truly love their job. My next car I will definitely come back to Freedom Toyota.

My experience at Freedom Toyota was a great one. The staff was friendly, and really showed interest in helping me find the right car. They made this very easy for me, and gave me a reasonable price for my new car. I certainly will return if I ever need to purchase a new vehicle. Brian Long was a spectacular employee, and helped us as much as he could, he was very friendly, and gave off a good first impression. He helped us a lot after we purchased the car as well, he got us started and showed us all the features in our vehicle. I recommend him to anyone that goes there. The place of work was also very clean and neat at all times, which i liked.

Freedom Toyota/ Hyundai have the most professional attitude. They are second to none.
With professional John Bobo at the helm, as a sales manager, every time we walked into the showroom, we were made to feel like family.
We purchased 4 cars from them, so far, we were always treated like friends, with John Bobo & Ivan Rivera who is a very courteous & knowledgeable salesperson, & the service department, with Steve Eberhardt as a pleasant manager. . We highly recommend The Freedom Dealership.

So far my experience is horrible how can a business function if they don't answer their phone calls. I've only called a dozen times and would like to purchase tires that they don't have instock which requires me to call toyotas parts department. Phone rang for minutes on end. No answering machines or actually people and the online chat doesn't help at all. This review could change if they actually picked up their phone calls. I'll give them a call tomorrow and let the readers of reviews know how it goes.

Was looking for a car all over visited a few dealerships before coming to freedom, once I knew they had a vehicle I wanted I went to see them and worked with Doug, he made sure I got the car I wanted in a price range I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience great, I've bought 3 cars before this and working with Doug was by far my best car buying experience. Highly recommend freedom toyota, and very highly recommend Doug as your sales person!
