Ryan, Casey, and Maggie all made it a great experience buying a new bike!
Ryan, Casey, and Maggie all made it a great experience buying a new bike!
Maggie and Dan were fabulous to deal with, my experience with Freedom Cycles was top notch. Highly recommend for others to give them a try!
Thanks to Tyler and Maggie for the great experience.
My experience was excellent for both purchases with Freedom Cycles. Thanks, josh and maggie.
Maggie and Ryan was great to deal with and made everything smooth.
I'm from Northwest Indiana. I wish we had a shop similar to Freedom Cycles with its abundance of bikes and gear under one roof.
The whole crew was extremely helpful from Tyler looking at bikes to Maggie with Fiancing very happy with the business here and will be coming back for all my motorcycle needs!
Matt and Ryan were excellent. Not pushy just informative and helpful. Made the process smooth and easy. Glad to give them my business.
Very good customer service. They gave us a good deal and did not pressure us to buy. We even left in the middle of the deal to get lunch and they said the deal would be waiting for us if we wanted to come back. They did point out a couple of nicks and scratches on the bike after we made the purchase but they were not very big and can't be easily spotted. They put on a brand new rear tire and a new battery before we took off which was much appreciated. I took the bike home and found that the tool kit the bike comes with was missing. It was a bit of a disappointment but I figured they forgot to put it back after they replaced the battery
Over all a very friendly bunch of guys to buy a bike from. Unlike other dealerships like Shawnee Cycle plaza, They were very respectful of our offers and took us seriously. Shawnee Cycle plaza tried to pressure me to buy and the sales representative was very rude. Customer service at Freedom Cycles is a 100 times better.
I don't know about parts service but I would highly recommend that you buy from Freedom Cycles if you're looking for bikes.
Just got a 900 ranger from Freedom Cycle. Great deal....great people...great service!
Good service and helpful staff. Came in and got exactly what I wanted and nothing more.
Tyler and Maggie were wonderful and got me taken care of quick!
Great communication. Great service. Faster than expected on back tire change. In and out in just over an hour.
I had my 98 Honda Shadow ACE serviced with them. I was very impressed with the professionalism and with their patience with my endless questions and request for updates. They prices were not to bad, but I believe you get what you pay for. I will definitely bring my bike back up there for service.
Purchased motorcycle here, and have always had great service on the motorcycle.
Great service and staff. Test rode a 2018 Kawasaki 400 and an hour later we took it home. Great place to buy a bike
These people play games. Do NOT deal with these fools. Shawnee cycle beats them hands down.
Honestly, this is the BEST place to shop for Polaris. I just bought a brand new 2020 Slingshot through them and it was an amazing experience. Maggie goes above and beyond to make the financing smooth and easy! Tyler and Dan in sales are both very knowledgeable and helpful.
Casey, Maggie and everyone else were great to work with. Thanks!!!!
Jason and Maggie were extremely helpful and very accommodating throughout our experience. Wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful experience there I put a ninja 300 bike in their layaway plan which was eleven months for me. Awesome people that are very helpful to answer any questions. Maggie the account mamager, and Ryan the sales guy are great people that worked with me throughout the months my bike was in layaway. Ryan happy retirement to you bud, and thanks for working with me.
Maggie was awesome, Tyler was amazing salesman, CHRIS was ver helpful with parts
Tyler did a great job selling my husband a new motorcycle. Maggie in finance helped us get approved and we appreciate the prompt service. We highly recommend Freedom Cycles to all individuals looking for powersport vehicle.
Had a great experience selling my motorcycle at Freedom. They gave me a fair price w/o any hassle. Tyler S. & Maggie were a pleasure doing business with.
the staff is awesome at freedom. great place to kill time and shop around.
Had the gloves we were looking. Staff was super helpful. Thanks.
Stopped in today to buy a Honda CRF50 Dirt bike, msrp $1599. Final price after destination, setup, tax, 3% transaction for using a card =$2652. Why are they trying to rip me off $1k on top of a $1600 dirt bike. The salesman said destination charges were $300+ he said it even said so on Honda's website. Just checked, it says $190. Stealership all the way.
Very good experience with Derek, Maggie, and Casey! I m very happy with my purchase and with this dealership! I will recommend to everyone!
Decided to buy the boys 4 wheelers for Christmas was in and out in under an hour and a half! You can't beat the finance lady she's great. And our salesman was awesome too. We bought a Ranger about a year ago and had the same experience. I travel to this dealership even though there are closer ones because of the level of service provided.
Awesome service, good selection. Come see casey he will take care of you!
Tyler is great in sales. Maggie awesome with finance. What a awesome experience !!!!!
Very positive experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff, stayed super late to get us taken care of. Even with us being an hour past closing on a Friday night the entire staff was still patient and thorough when going over the PWC details.
Answered all the questions I had to ask and more questions that I didn't ask.
Great experience!! Richard and Maggie were great to work with, and they were more inexpensive than anyone out there!!
Great experience buying my first new motorcycle. They did a great job meeting my needs even through Covid-19. Maggie was great and made sure I was well covered. Thank you and I will be a returning customer.
Matt and Maggie were very friendly great atmosphere and took very good care of me
Great service, fast and friendly, always my go to for anything bike related
I had a very pleasant experience here. Tyler and Maggie were very helpful and very fun to interact with.
Ryan was our salesman he was great and Maggie was our finance director good people to deal with.and got a great deal
Great experience from trade in to buying. Shout out to Casey and Maggie. Thank you all.
buyer beware is right this is the worst company now if a bike says 2499 you will pay 3999 at the least the price on the bike has nothing to do with what they will stick you for , all fees should be included in the price this company has gone bad and will screw you !! they can't sell you a bike without taking advantage of you go elsewhere or pay the price , only thing anygood is the parts department . shawnee cycle plaza is far better great service good prices and there is no hidden fees or sales bull straight shooters .
Bought a new rzr there. Very friendly and fast would go there to buy anything I need. Very good customer service. Shout out to Maggie for helping us out. Very very nice and professional.
We have an older model ATV and sometimes the replacement parts are hard find. Chris helped us get what we needed and was nothing but kind and patient through the whole experience. We will definitely continue to use Freedom Cycle for all of our ATV needs!
Had an excellent experience a Freedom Cycle. My salesman Tyler was very helpful! MAGGIE Worked very quickly to get the deal done!
Picked up some supplies my son wanted for his bike, the young service man was very helpful in identifying what I needed
The workers at Freedom Cycles made the purchase of our new jetskis so easy! We really appreciate all of the hard work from Casey, making sure we had matching watercrafts, Maggie for having all the paper work ready, and Bob and Big Chris for all the ording of our accessories!
Plz be careful coming here.... i brought my own financing (I.E. brought a check from my bank) and my salesguy (ryan tinkler) was just rude and un organized... he didnt know when i was coming in after repeatedly being told by me when i was... when i got there the bike hadnt even been prepped or taken off the show room... he was short with me on the phone a few times (i feel because again i brought my own financing) he read off the wrong vin to my bank and i had to redo my entire loan and wasnt able to pick up my bike after a 45 min drive to get there :(
Now moving on from ryan... Dan the GM took over the deal and really made things better.. as did the finance woman maggie.. Dan offered because of all this to deliver my bike for free fulfilling the "Dan the Man" name... he rocks for sure
I really liked both of them.. i have mad respect for MS. Jenny and jeff...
If and when i buy my next bike i will more than likely soley deal with Dan.
If you do buy a bike from here i strongly recommend you stay away from ryan
Bought my last bike here, cant find better sales people or a better selection. I will always buy from here
Tyler was a great salesperson and Maggie was wonderful as my finance manager.
Service is also amazing! Matt has done an amazing job for me
I just got my first dirt bike from Freedom Cycle today! Everyone is so nice and helpful! They also gave me 10% off all the gear I needed the day I bought my bike. I highly recommend going to Freedom for your ATV
George was very helpful on the sales floor and Maggie made the transaction quick and pain free.
Super happy. Tyler and the team were a big help! Thx!
Wonderful and easy experience! Bought a motorcycle and accessories all in one day !!! Maggie was wonderful helping my husband set up everything !!

Great as always. I needed a new helmet and coat, the guy behind the counter was awesome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for
Bought my Second bike here and it was a flawless experience. Employees are friendly, helpful, and know what they are talking about!
Just purchased two modular helmets and a comm system. Staff was over the top helpful.
Highly recommend this place!
Ordered parts for a,friends motorcycle & in 2 days they were in was notified via a phone call No wait I was in & out within 10 minutes
Staff was great, Big Chris was there all the way thru the build. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the staff.
We received great customer service from all of the employees we encounter, especially from Luke in Sales and Maggie in the Finance Office. I highly recommend Freedom Cycles!
Excellent experience! Tyler, Angie, and Maggie treated me very well and made the buying process easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a bike to check this place out. Absolutely worth your time!
Had a great exsperence with Ron
We have had our go cart not for 8 months and have only been able to drive it twice and now will not start or run at all, also who ever put it together at Freedom didn't put the pins in to keep nuts from falling off. So we had to buy more parts to fix that. Because the pieces holding the front together came off and made it not drivable. It will still not start!!!!! Not happy at all.
Maggie at freedom cycles is great to work with! And Ron too!
Incredibly pushy sales people. I had my own financing lined up and they wouldn't leave me alone about financing through them. I understand they make more money if you finance through them, but they can't beat my personal credit unions rates, and they even told me they couldn't beat their rates.
Also, when I decided to pull the trigger on a bike, they started asking for an obscene amount of informtation that would only be required if they were going to run a credit check. I've bought over 10 vehicles from dealerships, I know how the games work, and I know what is and isn't necessary for signing paperwork when I have my own financing lined up.
Also, the sales guy was more concerned with the food on his desk than filling out my paperwork. This was the final straw that made me walk. If you are going to sit there and eat and chew your food with your mouth open while I'm trying to ask a few questions about the bike, you are not worthy of my business. It is unprofessional and rude for someone in a sales position to eat while working with a customer.
Will be taking my business to Bobz Bikz or Reno's.
They know how to take care of customer they treat you with respect so let's ride every one
These guys are awesome . Was an easy buying experience
Great job in parts with Tyler! Great experience overall. Super awesome sales person Richard Caldwell. Highly recommended this place!!!! Thank you
Maggie & Ron we re very easy to work with and helpful in the entire process.
I had to edit my rating because the first one was not true and part of a free T-shirt they gave me. I bought my first bike from here. Within the first 150 miles the carburetor they claimed to have rebuilt broke so I had to take apart the bike and fix it myself. I also found out the bike has 11 YEAR old tires on it! I can t believe a reputable motorcycle shop would even sell a bike with tires that old. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a used motorcycle.
I love my bike, but it shouldn't take four hours to purchase something (especially with a down payment in hand). It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership (look at my other reviews if you're curious), but it still lacked a lot. Keep in mind this was a few months ago, so I'm not sure if anything has changed recently.
I ended up getting severely stressed out from the process being dragged out so long and having products/services pushed on me multiple times before I even got my bike. I didn't even know if the loan was going to go through yet. In fact, the entire ordeal wouldn't have taken so long if every one of the numerous people we talked to actually tried to give us legitimate updates throughout our time there. Instead, we heard "let me go ask [this person]", 15 - 30 minutes would pass by, and we'd see the person we just talked to walking around the dealership like the prior exchange hadn't even taken place. Rinse and repeat. I didn't even want to post this review because I idolized this place as a teenager, but it is a dealership and those all tend to have the same quality of service.
As far as their selection goes, it's great. It's the only place in the area (that I'm aware of) with all of the major sportbike manufacturers present. I think it's a really neat place, but I think it's not ran very well and it's populated by some really rude people, whom I encountered on other visits. The girl I talked to as I was leaving (I forgot her name, apologies) was a sweetheart, though. She suggested a sportbike group that I could join and cruise with other women in the area. Kudos for that. It was neat that she posted my first real moment with my first bike. Without her and the guy who instructed us on strapping my bike into our trailer, I would have been far unhappier.
Also, $300+ for frame sliders?!
