Very good customer service. They gave us a good deal and did not pressure us to buy. We even left in the middle of the deal to get lunch and they said the deal would be waiting for us if we wanted to come back. They did point out a couple of nicks and scratches on the bike after we made the purchase but they were not very big and can't be easily spotted. They put on a brand new rear tire and a new battery before we took off which was much appreciated. I took the bike home and found that the tool kit the bike comes with was missing. It was a bit of a disappointment but I figured they forgot to put it back after they replaced the battery

Over all a very friendly bunch of guys to buy a bike from. Unlike other dealerships like Shawnee Cycle plaza, They were very respectful of our offers and took us seriously. Shawnee Cycle plaza tried to pressure me to buy and the sales representative was very rude. Customer service at Freedom Cycles is a 100 times better.

I don't know about parts service but I would highly recommend that you buy from Freedom Cycles if you're looking for bikes.

I had my 98 Honda Shadow ACE serviced with them. I was very impressed with the professionalism and with their patience with my endless questions and request for updates. They prices were not to bad, but I believe you get what you pay for. I will definitely bring my bike back up there for service.

Honestly, this is the BEST place to shop for Polaris. I just bought a brand new 2020 Slingshot through them and it was an amazing experience. Maggie goes above and beyond to make the financing smooth and easy! Tyler and Dan in sales are both very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience there I put a ninja 300 bike in their layaway plan which was eleven months for me. Awesome people that are very helpful to answer any questions. Maggie the account mamager, and Ryan the sales guy are great people that worked with me throughout the months my bike was in layaway. Ryan happy retirement to you bud, and thanks for working with me.

Stopped in today to buy a Honda CRF50 Dirt bike, msrp $1599. Final price after destination, setup, tax, 3% transaction for using a card =$2652. Why are they trying to rip me off $1k on top of a $1600 dirt bike. The salesman said destination charges were $300+ he said it even said so on Honda's website. Just checked, it says $190. Stealership all the way.

Decided to buy the boys 4 wheelers for Christmas was in and out in under an hour and a half! You can't beat the finance lady she's great. And our salesman was awesome too. We bought a Ranger about a year ago and had the same experience. I travel to this dealership even though there are closer ones because of the level of service provided.

Very positive experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff, stayed super late to get us taken care of. Even with us being an hour past closing on a Friday night the entire staff was still patient and thorough when going over the PWC details.

Great experience buying my first new motorcycle. They did a great job meeting my needs even through Covid-19. Maggie was great and made sure I was well covered. Thank you and I will be a returning customer.

buyer beware is right this is the worst company now if a bike says 2499 you will pay 3999 at the least the price on the bike has nothing to do with what they will stick you for , all fees should be included in the price this company has gone bad and will screw you !! they can't sell you a bike without taking advantage of you go elsewhere or pay the price , only thing anygood is the parts department . shawnee cycle plaza is far better great service good prices and there is no hidden fees or sales bull straight shooters .

We have an older model ATV and sometimes the replacement parts are hard find. Chris helped us get what we needed and was nothing but kind and patient through the whole experience. We will definitely continue to use Freedom Cycle for all of our ATV needs!

The workers at Freedom Cycles made the purchase of our new jetskis so easy! We really appreciate all of the hard work from Casey, making sure we had matching watercrafts, Maggie for having all the paper work ready, and Bob and Big Chris for all the ording of our accessories!

Plz be careful coming here.... i brought my own financing (I.E. brought a check from my bank) and my salesguy (ryan tinkler) was just rude and un organized... he didnt know when i was coming in after repeatedly being told by me when i was... when i got there the bike hadnt even been prepped or taken off the show room... he was short with me on the phone a few times (i feel because again i brought my own financing) he read off the wrong vin to my bank and i had to redo my entire loan and wasnt able to pick up my bike after a 45 min drive to get there :(

Now moving on from ryan... Dan the GM took over the deal and really made things better.. as did the finance woman maggie.. Dan offered because of all this to deliver my bike for free fulfilling the "Dan the Man" name... he rocks for sure

I really liked both of them.. i have mad respect for MS. Jenny and jeff...

If and when i buy my next bike i will more than likely soley deal with Dan.

If you do buy a bike from here i strongly recommend you stay away from ryan

Had a great exsperence with Ron

We have had our go cart not for 8 months and have only been able to drive it twice and now will not start or run at all, also who ever put it together at Freedom didn't put the pins in to keep nuts from falling off. So we had to buy more parts to fix that. Because the pieces holding the front together came off and made it not drivable. It will still not start!!!!! Not happy at all.

Incredibly pushy sales people. I had my own financing lined up and they wouldn't leave me alone about financing through them. I understand they make more money if you finance through them, but they can't beat my personal credit unions rates, and they even told me they couldn't beat their rates.

Also, when I decided to pull the trigger on a bike, they started asking for an obscene amount of informtation that would only be required if they were going to run a credit check. I've bought over 10 vehicles from dealerships, I know how the games work, and I know what is and isn't necessary for signing paperwork when I have my own financing lined up.

Also, the sales guy was more concerned with the food on his desk than filling out my paperwork. This was the final straw that made me walk. If you are going to sit there and eat and chew your food with your mouth open while I'm trying to ask a few questions about the bike, you are not worthy of my business. It is unprofessional and rude for someone in a sales position to eat while working with a customer.

Will be taking my business to Bobz Bikz or Reno's.

I had to edit my rating because the first one was not true and part of a free T-shirt they gave me. I bought my first bike from here. Within the first 150 miles the carburetor they claimed to have rebuilt broke so I had to take apart the bike and fix it myself. I also found out the bike has 11 YEAR old tires on it! I can t believe a reputable motorcycle shop would even sell a bike with tires that old. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a used motorcycle.

I love my bike, but it shouldn't take four hours to purchase something (especially with a down payment in hand). It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership (look at my other reviews if you're curious), but it still lacked a lot. Keep in mind this was a few months ago, so I'm not sure if anything has changed recently.

I ended up getting severely stressed out from the process being dragged out so long and having products/services pushed on me multiple times before I even got my bike. I didn't even know if the loan was going to go through yet. In fact, the entire ordeal wouldn't have taken so long if every one of the numerous people we talked to actually tried to give us legitimate updates throughout our time there. Instead, we heard "let me go ask [this person]", 15 - 30 minutes would pass by, and we'd see the person we just talked to walking around the dealership like the prior exchange hadn't even taken place. Rinse and repeat. I didn't even want to post this review because I idolized this place as a teenager, but it is a dealership and those all tend to have the same quality of service.

As far as their selection goes, it's great. It's the only place in the area (that I'm aware of) with all of the major sportbike manufacturers present. I think it's a really neat place, but I think it's not ran very well and it's populated by some really rude people, whom I encountered on other visits. The girl I talked to as I was leaving (I forgot her name, apologies) was a sweetheart, though. She suggested a sportbike group that I could join and cruise with other women in the area. Kudos for that. It was neat that she posted my first real moment with my first bike. Without her and the guy who instructed us on strapping my bike into our trailer, I would have been far unhappier.

Also, $300+ for frame sliders?!
