After leaving this place and really thinking about my options I came back the next day and walked away with the car i wanted. Johnathan worked amazingly well on my down payment I had to work with. Nathaniel or Nate from Fredy Kia was exceptionally awesome. He's actually one of the reasons I'm financing my brand new car. He was super friendly and helpful. He wasn't rushing the whole process and took his time and he was really friendly. I appreciate his great service.

Got pre-approval, went to get a car, picked one out, was told 3 times the bank approved me but they were just trying to get rates lower. 5 hours later they said the banks denied me. Don t go here they don t do 2nd Chance or finance everyone like they claim they do.

Pretty good place. Just expect longer wait times for car services.

Think twice to buy a car here first they treat you all nice then they don't even want to put air on your tires. They had refreshments, while you wait for your oil changed. Not no more at the beginning they even fixed a flat not no more.

I normally don t write reviews but i thought the experience and customer service i received at Fredys Kias was phenomenal. I was very skeptical about coming in bc I'm a first car buyer and i came in not sure about the whole process, but car salesman Tristan was knowledgable and able to walk me through everything with his expertise! The overall experience here has been great! If you want to buy a car, i would highly recommend asking for Tristan.

We came in and worked with William aka Bill. He was absolutely pleasant and worked out a fabulous deal that fit my budget. I came in afraid but he assured me that he could work with my budget and I came out on top. His customer service is truly amazing. He deserves a raise lol. Super Happy with my purchase Milton did an exceptional job as I was not too inclined to purchase because of our first salesman( Yosuph) but milto n came in at the last minute and saved the day and we actually bought 2 cars instead of 1!!! James was respectful to my mother who is very elderly and when she came in to sign we were in and out just like James said we would. Thanks again!!

Buyer beware !! This dealership lied to me back in 2012 when I was in the market for a Kia Sportage and they continue to lie people to people to this day. get anything and everything in writing and research research research. after this experience there is no way in hell I would ever buy another Kia

Went to this dealer on Saturday 6/1/19 to look at a used 2018 Infiniti Q50 that was low miles and priced well but ultimately didn't fit what I was looking for. This didn't discourage the salesperson, Robert, from trying to find different options for me to look at also. Ultimately, he worked with the sales manager to get me a fantastic deal on a Kia Stinger GT2 that fulfilled everything I could want in a car.
Now for the down side and 3 star rating. For nearly 30 days nobody contacted me to let me know there was a problem with my original paperwork and it got rejected through KiaMotors financing and had to be reworked. I called multiple times trying to find out why I never received any paperwork and it took almost a month to find out I had to drive back down to the dealer and resign all my paperwork. Due to this issue it also took 49 days FORTY NINE DAYS!!! for them to pay off my trade in resulting in me having to pay an additional monthly payment on a car that i no longer drove.

I love Fredy Kia! They have always taken good care of me and my Kia Soul.

We walked around for a good 10 mins and nobody came to help us. We even walked inside and waited but all the salespeople just looked at us and turned their backs. It wasn't until we were leaving that someone finally said something but by that time we were done with the place.

I went a few times with rushed time. Miguel Helped me every time without pressuring me. Bought me a beautiful Rio and got the Best price. Thank you miguel and Fredy Kia this is the second and not the last purchase!

My family wanted to buy a car and my mom looked online to find one. Lucky for us we found a car that was in our price range. We went to the agency and we told the guy the exact car we wanted only to find out that it was sold. We were a little dissapointed because if they already sold it, then they should have taken it down from the website. We found another car that was a little more expensive, but we bought it anyways. The guy was nice but when we would ask for the amount of down payment he just kept on estimating and we wanted the exact amount. We just went with the car and we are happy with it. We were also lied to when we asked when the last oil change was. The guy that sold us the car said it was the day we bought it but we later found out it was last year. We were treated bad when we went to get the oil change, but not all of them are rude.

I'm loving my optima. It's the best choice I've ever made on choosing a car. Sam Smith made sure I drove off in the best car for me. Thank you Guys at Fredy Kia you guys Rock!!

Super rude woman named April called me non stop until I answered the phone, I don t know how they got my information but when I told her that I am not in the market for a Kia Forte she just hung up the phone on me. At least say sorry for bothering you or good bye, but to glow up my phone and then hang up is just rude.

Do not trust this dealership. I contacted April Torres in the internet sales department about a used car. I was told 3 times that the vehicle was available. I drove to the dealership only to learn from the used car manager that the vehicle I was interested in had been used as a loaner prior to my inquiry to April and that the vehicle had been wrecked while being used as a loaner the day I initially inquired about it. The used car manager s response to the question how did the internet sales person not know about this was that they just sit in a room and reply to emails, they have no idea about a vehicle s availability other than what is on the website. Horrible customer service from the whole dealership!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! If I could rate this dealership less that one star I DEFINITELY would do so! Do not buy a car at this dealership because none of the salesmen go through the proper procedures of selling a car the correct way. They purposefully lie on the credit application just so they can make a sale. They put down that I make $4000 a month just to get the sale then they threatened to take the car away because they needed to prove that I made the $4000 per month that THEY WROTE ON THE CREDIT APPLICATION not that I wrote because I reported to them how much I made. Then they do not ensure that you provide them ALL OF THE PAPERWORK at THE TIME OF PURCHASE which leads to multiple harassing texts from salesmen and phone calls and trips that are not necessary if they would have gone through the CORRECT PROCEDURES OF SELLING A CAR. No one there knows the right process of selling a car, I went what I thought would be the FINAL TIME to complete all of the paperwork only to get a text 2 WEEKS LATER that I had to go take MORE PAPERWORK! This has been the most harassment I've ever gotten from any business ever!

BEWARE!! once you purchase your car - you're on your own. Too bad, I like my Kia, however, when it comes to warranty issues, I'm treated like I'm a bother. Also, upon purchase, they offer free oil changes. The oil changes are free, however, you have to pay for tire rotation.

Find it interesting that this happened to both myself and a friend in the same weekend. I found a used car online that I was interested in. I chatted with someone online, emailed with a salesperson, and spoke with someone at the front desk, and with a salesperson before driving there. All confirmed the car was in stock, but they couldn't find it when I got there and then tried to sell me a new car. Finally they found an equivalent used car, but when they went to get it for me to test drive they couldn't find that one either so brought me a different one to test drive. Same scenario for a friend of mine in the same weekend but with a different car. Not sure what happened or what the intention was, but it felt like a bait and switch to me. We both bought cars that weekend but not from here.

I have a 2018 Kia Sportage I bought there last year. I have 16,000 miles on it and and the AC has gone out twice. I brought it there in June to be fixed and was told it was fixed. Two months later it is no longer working again, called there to explain and schedule and a appointment and was told that they can't fix it. Their equipment is broken and never works. If they are lucky it works two months out of the year. Find another dealership to take it to, to get fixed. That is not how a customer should be treated. Stay away from Fredy KIA. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I regret buying from there and looks like buying a KIA was a bad decision.

Was a client before so I decided to take a few people to the dealership. Worked with Gabby and she was precise straightforward. And even work with my people on the insurance. They put $500 down and drove off. Go Holla at Gabby she'll get the job done.

They wont even give warranty on a used car, the $25 gift card is a lie, theyll push you into buying a new car so they can earn more commission and Matt nazar, and daniel the lead manager is just tricking people into buying over priced cars for them to make money off their employees. I used to work there until they held my commission check, they blame all the faults on employees and wont even check themselves first. Save your time and money and head to a better dealership.

Buying the car was a very pleasant experience. However, they are unresponsive after the transaction. Have been calling to speak to finance and/or a manager for two days. Each persons mailbox is full and the operator isn't helpful.

Not even worth a star. Worst customer service experience of my life. Do NOT purchase a car from this company because getting anyone of the phone after is impossible. It has been over 3 and a half months that I have tried to get a hold of the finance department, yet I keep having to leave messages, get put on hold and even get hung up on. I am supposed to receive a gap refund and an overpayment check, but I have not received either nor do I know the status and no one can tell me why. WORST PLACE EVER. If you want a car dealership that puts the customer first, don t come here. Salesman was good but after that it was HORRIBLE!

Very Disappointed with them today asked to talk with the Manger Ed Allisoni had question about an issue that occurred and i even called ahead of time when i made my appointment but he was very rude unprofessional i pray for him because he must been having bad day but i have witnesse my husband. changing my oil to my car was not good at all. Keeps asking me for rating was bad not even one star.

Traded in my sportage, which I regret, in May for another sportage and was totally mislead by my salesman. All he wanted was the sale!! I had buyers remorse and they basically told me too bad so sad!!! I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 7 years, but no longer as they were to call me in November to let me know about possible trade in. To this day have never heard from anyone!!! They can have my car back!!! I will never work with this dealership again. Jay in service department is great but no customer service. Previous salesman that I worked with left 4 years ago and should have known at that time not to ever purchase another car here. Pretty sad as I am in customer service and I don't treat my clients like this. Shame on Freddy Kia!!!

I only gave them a 1 Star is because there isn t a way to give them zero stars. I missed ONE yes ONE payment and they reposed my truck and they were charging me $1700 to get my car back. And I went up there, after a week, they sold the vehicle. And all my stuff from my truck was gone including my wallet, that had over $200 in it which was their car payments. That is just the end of the bad experience I had with them. When we started with them they told me it was going to $10,000 with interest and everything and then when were finish signing the paperwork And got home they were charging us $20,000. DONT GO HERE THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

I wasn't happy with my visit. The pricing online was misleading. I called ahead to check terms and conditions on the pricing. I wanted a lost of exactly what I needed to qualify for the price they listed. I was lied to.

I want to be clear that before I drove there, I did my due diligence in getting information on the dealership discounts and they blatantly lied. Otherwise the salesman was nice and polite. Maybe a bit distant.

Sent me to three of their different car lots after I set up Ann appointment to see a specific truck. I drive over 2 hrs away only to find that truck I wanted was slid over a week ago! Then they tried to sell me a used truck three times more expensive with a bigger down partne payment then their website said I would need! Waste of my time and gas!
