Great place...everything included...clean kids loved it!

This is one of the worst places I ve ever stayed. The people are horrible I got jumped while playing basketball. Don t bring your family this place is not family friendly. Make sure you have eyes on your kids at all times.

Great family vacation, very kind, clean all over the property, great shuttle service, 3 great pools so you can pick the right one for your kids, really good open bar & outdoor pool, also have a covered pavilion, grills & fire places, 5 mins from the beach

Wife dragged me here against my will (I would rather stay on the ocean) but it turned out pretty good. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool and splash pad. The other patrons were nice and the staff was responsive and friendly. The room was OK. A bit dated but comfortable enough. The wifi was fine but it cut out at 11pm for 10 minutes. Some minor issues: kids were throwing decorative rocks found around the outdoor pool and diving in after them. This is dangerous. The rocks should probably just be removed. The DVD player had no remote so we couldn't do anything put play and pause. Some of the attractions were closed and the diner closed really early. All in all, we will probably stay here again.

the stay was great, until some HEAD LICE CAME OUT OF ONE OF MY SISTER'S HAIR. ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING

This is my first time coming here and there rooms was not all that clean and there room smell like mildew it stinks so bad I left early because I couldn't take the smell .

Best Family Resort ever!!! From the friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food at the snack shacks, all the pools and splash pads were clean and so much fun for the adults and kiddos. We ended up extending our stay we loved it so much, I would recommend staying here any time... and we cannot wait to go back!!!

Very nice resort, but some of the other tenants are loud & not very respectful of other people. Also no free ice?!?!?! Staff was pretty nice, except the guy who rudely kicked us out of the pool at closing time

We got here yesterday for our 35th wedding anniversary. The bathroom was not cleaned woke up this morning to find a spider on the window curtain.the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room . Its dirty and I will not come back wish we could get our money back and leave . This is so disgusting it turns my stomach . I hated that the bathroom was not cleaned and its just dirty .

This place is awesome. We had a cabin and I loved it!!!!

Overall, the hotel was great! Even though it wasn't on the board walk, the location was great. Very quiet area. The hotel provides shuttle to take you to and from the broadwalk. There's a pool and other activities for children. We did a small day trip, and we're very happy with the size of the room! Very clean and well kept. The sad part, you have to have wraist bands to access the accommodation above. But, if it's a day trip, and you most likely not going to be at the hotel beside sleeping then it's okay.

The location is good , the place is across from the outlets. Also is close to good restaurants , different activities and the boardwalk. But the rooms are literally screaming for a new one hundred percent upgrade They are old , outdated and very expensive for that kind of room. The bathroom , you have to be extra careful when taking a shower because it will leak to the next floor.
I did not pay the amount of money this place charged me when I was in myrtle Beach and I had a penn house. When I looked on their website it was different .
That's why I am disappointed

This place is great for families! With the bus to the beach makes it easy for pick up and drop off. Everyone at the resort including bus drivers were very helpful and friendly. The only downside to this resort is they have a curfew of 10pm which was kind of ridiculous but that s okay. Overall a good resort and would revisit!

Always a great vaction. Kids love it, because of all the pools. I love it because of the price.

It s a nice resort for the family. The amenities they have for the kids to do are great. However the rooms are horrible! They need to upgrade the rooms and there beds. The bathroom that was in our room was horrible. And the maintenance for the rooms should be every day. They really have to upgrade on a lot of things. Overall it was and ok place.

We went as a family trip we enjoyed this place we loved it so much we booked vacation fro 2019 to this wonderful place. There services are great there shuttle bus to the beach are clean and there drives are very hopefully with beach and area information.

This visit will be out fifth in three years. My family and I love this resort.

Awesome place to stay! Great workers, great rooms, and lots of fun!

The family loved the nex experience and they couldn't get enough of the waterplay. The drivers to and from the Boardwalk were nothing but kind. The staff at FSK were also kind.

We love this place!!!! Great winter getaway. We've been here multiple times and the service is topnotch. We will continue to return. Great place to chase away the winter blues.

We went there for 4 nights, with friends and kids, really good for the kids. Nice relaxing time for the parents. Overall a bit dated but clean and perfect for the whole family.

its truly great if you wanna stay at the resort and all they have to offer .Its really not for older people with no little kids...The smell of the room was a bit funky small rooms small bathroom but great for families..

2nd year here! Great place to stay with family. Lots to do, friendly staff. Love the shuttle to the beach/boardwalk. My only complaint is the food!

Quick OC visit made great by Francis Scott Key Family Resort. We have stayed here a couple times before, but got to stay in a cottage this time. Side room was hot due to room door being closed but the stay was still awesome. Kids loved the pools, we loved the drinks...and the pools too. Highly recommended, rooms clean and well kept. Staff responsive and friendly.

Family friendly, casual and relaxed atmosphere. Kids love it. Great for cabin fever.

It's a good place for families with kids. There's a lot of activities for kids. The room are decent and clean. The tub was clogged and this was annoying a lot.

I was just there this weekend. The best of the resort is the outdoor pool !! great for the kids and adults too. Very clean rooms. The only complaint that I have is with the 50 route dinner we were there waiting 20 minutes!!! and nobody approach our table not even to say something. We just end up leaving and I thing they even not notice that. Its sad to see that they don't care about their customers.

We loved our stay here! Very clean rooms and supplied with everything you need to cook in instead of eating out the whole time. Staff is friendly and attentive! Reasonable prices offseason.

I asked for my room to be simply only vacuumed on day 3. No show. Day 4 I asked for room service. Nothing. No reason I should go 5 days without even just a vacuum in a kids resort!!!!!!!!!

After reading all the reviews & actually ignoring them and trying this place for myself let me tell y all my kids and I went there recently for 3 days 2 nights for my birthday celebration and I wanted to make it a family trip just me n them! And this place is phenomenal!!!! Nice room! Clean room! Even tho we didn t get housekeeping I understood due to covid but I know if we had stayed longer they would have PLUS I brought all my cleaning stuff and I had preferred to do that anyway I just asked for extra of anything I needed _ HOWEVER this one in particular housekeeper was super nice n friendly and anything extra I needed she gave to me so of course I tipped her! That s what you do to ppl that are good to you! The resort has a variety to do! All of it is amazing we were overlooking the kiddie private ship! The lighting at night was great! It literally has something for each age group and the free shuttle for people (Although we drove everywhere bc we carry a lot of stuff lol ) the place was great honestly the ppl were nice very family oriented!! I wish we could have stayed longer ! It s across the street from the outlets and around great restaurants! I had a great birthday!! Soo much more I can say! But the ugly and nasty reviews that I see are unbelievable and clearly u all are liars because I m a very picky person. N it takes a lot to please me & this place truly pleased me!!! I was truly satisfied !! Great birthday for me! We will be coming back VERY SOON!!!! Go go go!!! FSK is amazing !!!

We come here 3 times a year in the winter and it never lets us down. Great friendly staff! Indoor pool is very clean. Rooms are clean.

To be honest I enjoy going every year, its just that my dad always gets sick there? :(

Great place to stay in OC. Rooms are clean and there is a ton of stuff to do on sight. Love the new upgrade to the family lodge movie room!! Great place for kids and parents! !

Please tell me this isn't true because I booked through booking.com for next week and to me if doesnt matter where you booked, those rooms should always be cleaned. Now I am concerned.

I am sorry, this was the first weekend the building you were in was open since last season, although we go in them as a preventive, not all the time until used on a regular basis are the kinks worked out. I am sorry. Please booked directly for your next visit to compare all room types offered and room descriptions are available to you."

It was clean, they were short staffed. But me and my husband saw them on a regular throughout the day cleaning. It was peaceful. Staff was nice especially front desk Wndy. They had security riding around. They had transportation to and from the beach. Overall we was pleased and planning to come back before winter. We thought Francis Scott Keys resort are doing everything they can under the circumstances.

I stayed here recently and i had a wonderful time. Check in and Check out was fast. The resort offered many things for the children to do . Beds were comfy and room was clean despite the spiders that were in the bathroom upon arrival. The only negative thing I will say is that we asked for our room to be cleaned the following day and when we returned to our room the table and floor were dirty, our wet towels were left behind and no additional towels were added. Bummer!... other than that, i have no complaints!

Great experience all around. Friendly staff, great facilities and a super convenient shuttle service. Quiet in the evenings with plenty to do at the resort or in the city.

This will be our 4th year staying here and love it!! They have all the amenities we need from outdoor/indoor pool, mini golf, playground, diner on premises, bar right next to the pool and a food shack as well. In addition to shopping and other fun activities across the street from resort My kids 7,11 boys enjoy this place year after year.
