Very good hotel. But didn't liked the food quality.

This is a good hotel. The only thing is interiors of the rooms lost the polish so it's really look bad.

Very bad experience. We stay here almost every month for business. We book this hotel for our exhibition by the first group. Every time we come here chef or the managers come and ask for feedback and reviews- always given the best. This time requested for something as it was my colleagues Birthday. She loves sea food. Asked incharge Purna and Shreya 6pm in the evening if we can get fish promfret in the buffet as it was available in the package we booked. Chef specially came and met us in the conference hall "Bene" confirmed that he can get us promfret. He didn't instead he got us Bombay ducks. I mean really? This is what u r gona get a substitute as Bombay duck for a promfret, really?

You might not lose business by one client but you will lose out on goodwill. Because I don't think we are doing g business with you again. Because if you cannot do something don't promise. More over don't promise you can.
Being a senior atleast I ca do that much.

Stayed here for one night before moving to a resort for office outing. Buffet dinner was good. Karaoke in bar was fun. Overall great ambience.

Good place to stay in Puna. I must say that the Staff out here is very friendly and welcoming.
Swimming pool is comparatively small. It would be great if the ambient around the pool is made better

Staying here for 2 months. Breakfast is good but they serve same food daily no changes in the menu. Rooms are good.

Awesome Hotel with great staff both reception and F&B place. Jitendra, Prachi, Wilson, Pawan and others made it feel like home and relaxed. The gym with swimming pool is big stress buster

Good Hotel to come Long with Family

Its opening after the Covid season. Its lost a lot of its previous energy. Glitz.

Needs sprucing up. Valet parking is either absent or minimal. Security direct you to self park and the basement stinks of dampness and its dark and musty.

Come on Team #Sheraton you can do better.

I knew four point Sheraton from my Chennai days 1996. When I saw it in Pune I was looking forward to have a buffet dinner one day. Last week my sister had to visit pune and I booked a table for 4. When we arrived there a table was ready and the waiter served us starter on the table. Then we took soup and buffet dinner. The food was good. But the waiter were standing far off places without any attention to us. The staff were unprofessional and not very well mannered. We felt like it is some ordinary place. The one in Chennai is the best.

Edit: I visited here again last weekend. The place was nice and the companion was nicer too.

I had lost my bike keys here but the staff was kind enough to find and handover it to me.

Amazing hotel for staying. The breakfast, the service, the ambiance, the people all were super awesome. The way they take care of you and help you through all the things. 2nd floor swimming pool, fitness center, conference rooms. This deserves 5 star rating.
