Been there during COVID 19 pandemic and they have taken great care of us.

Nice hotel to stay on main Ahmadnagar road & to have any type of functions.

Hotel cleaning needs to improve. Reception staffs are very slow.

The ambience is nice. The food is nice. The cooling in the maratha hall was not good enough

Very beautiful place. Great food and polite staff. The view from my 8th floor room was too awesome. I think all rooms that face the pune-ahmednagar highway are a great place to stay if you just love sitting in your room and watching the traffic.

It's badly maintained. Found dirty & smelling during my visit. Toilet were worst than community ones.

Nice,adequate, clean rooms, just like most of good business hotels. Food quantity and quality both are good.

Prime location good service & good price but definitely not a budget friendly hotel

The location is very good, just on the Nagar road but some how I felt the service at the event not that good. The food was good but the waiters were not interested in doing the service. The food quality was good.

Spacious apartments...comparatively young staff in front office...Breakfast is very good...I wish the chef of the egg section understand the time management...20 mnts for an Omlet is more.

Due to staff cut down
1. No pantry boy is available you need to carry all your luggage, no matter what all bags you carry.
2. Sometimes reception doesn't answer the phone if called on intercom and specially female staff have tendency to forgets things.
3. Food Buffet is over priced better to include in booking.
4. No slippers provided in room have to ask for it .
5. Overall ok experience but it could be better .

We had a company conference over there. Overall it is good. About Buffet the food tastes very good be it tomato Dhaniya shorba or main course and desserts

One of the finest hotels to stay in across the city. The ambiance is undoubtedly great. The Eatery is the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel. The dining experience wasn't upto to the mark. The food served was good but not upto the expectations. Also the variety of dishes they offered weren't satisfactory. Compared to this Feast, Sheraton Grand is way more better.

The facility was good. The food was good enough. The location is cool.

Not so bad, not so good. Decent quality food. Service was not as expected. Facilities were not up to the mark.
