Pleasant stay overall...Nice staff but quite expensive

Nice service polite and helpful staff. Food buffet is sumptuous but for a longer stay it becomes monotonous. Maybe it's just me it's really hard to bring out 10 dishes everyday and still maintain variety so you can't hold it against the hotel. Rooms are clean and bright. Gallery carpet has started to show wear but it is not ruining the look. Overall a nice stay. Gym is great to Work out aptly equipped. Pool I never used its right infont of the gym so I can say has always been clean. It's not heated so in winters only in afternoon u may enjoy a dip. Location is just right malls and main road gives you a good connectivity to the city. Hotel will also provide a ride if u desire they have their own fleet of vehicles.

Very Nyc Hotel in Pune Maharastra, a Five Star Hotel.

It is a very nice place located on Nagar Road, one kilometers further down from Phoenix Mall going towards Chandan Nagar. Large hotel. Good food, good classic rock music. Good booze. Great starters. Attended a banquet yesterday evening and it was great.

Good business as well as family hotel at decent price. Proximity to airport is an added advantage. Breakfast buffet spread could have been better. Also could do with am additional package that includes dinner buffet as well with breakfast and room charges. Wi-Fi in some rooms is weak.

Place was good. It is visible on road from a distance. Food was okay. Conference room was okay. Good for business meet.

A fantastic hotel with cordial staff. Great dinning experience and tasty food. The staff was very helpful. I had selected this hotel for my wedding anniversary and they really did make it special.

A brilliant place to stay, guest are treated very nicly and brilliant service even in the apartments . The residency appartments were very well kept and good service and housekeeping . Yummy food is served at the buffet and also in the in-house hotels . The best part is that it's near the Pune airport .

If you have to a party the manger Mr Wislon of the restaurant is at Not at all co operative He shows too much unnecessary attitude. He will ask you to mail but will not reply the mail for 2 days You have to run behind him. Mr Wilson restaurant in charge is uncooperative irresponsible shows attitude I have not come across such a Rude manager Very bad hospitality did not expect this from four points by Sheraton. Rude managers behaviour will spoil your party.

Had been here for personal work and place is good.Good security check up during entrance and or halls for induction programmes is huge .Food is great.Service is great.Washrooms clean.Good parking facility .In all good.

Nice location near Phoenix Mall Market and the Pune airport. The breakfast is also good and has a variety of choices. I stayed on the 8th floor and it was a nice city view where I get the sunlight in the morning. Moreover, they have a nice lap pool.

Had been there for a meeting, good food and ambience, but the vibe lasted only till I reached home.
The valet had damaged the car door badly, scraping the bottom of it against a stone, by the looks of it. Park your own car and its a good place.

Beautiful ambience, clean n quite environment, if you visit before 2pm you can have a beautiful buffet with lots of varieties with taste, both veg non veg is available.

Staff is bit of rude and unsatisfied with the service.

Really nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely courteous and breakfast was yummy too! Especially given the price point this is wonderful value for money
