Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Pune Reviews

I wish there was a dislike button on your page. I had one of the worst experiences with your hotel that screams to be amongst the good ones in Pune . A hotel is expected to be known by its service but yours is extremely poor.
There is absolutely no sense of integrity and ownership in This hotel.
You take my car for valet and bring it back up with a damage on my bumper and then try your best to prove that it was an older damage. A guest who comes to celebrate a function at your hotel has absolutely no other work but to spend literally two hours at wee hours from 11:45 to 1:14 am trying to argue over a damage that's been done while the car was under your supervision .
Your CCTV footages were absolutely inconclusive !! And the valet card that you claim has the damage marked , let me tell you , doesn't justify the damage. You couldn't even mark one of the most prominent damages of my car in your card and tried to tell me that you were capable enough to mark a damage that didn't exist before I gave my car for valet at your premises today. Your manager at night a certain Mr Rohit has absolutely no managerial skills . He makes statements hoping the guest stops the chase during his duty and calls them to come back yeh next day in his absence. As a manager his ownership is ZERO! Hesitates to give his number and shares number of someone in the morning duty who wasn't available at the time of the incident. He makes statements like the CCTV will have every second covered which turned out to be wrong when we went to the CCTV room. There is a decent amount of time missing as there is no cctv coverage while taking the car downstairs . He also makes a statement in front of people- ma'am we will further investigate and whether it's proved or not we will cover the damage - cos you know he tried to rub on our faces that covering the damage is not a big deal for them. And while repeating his statements to him a few minutes later , he again claims to not have said those words. Unprofessional !!
The hotel then expected us to walk woh then in the uncovered areas to see if here was red pain anywhere coz you know it's so easy to figure out if a damage is new or not. Obviously water is unavailable so people can't wash off the marks !!
Please know that it is absolutely unpleasant to fight over a car damage which can be covered by my insurance as well! Your hotel and its staff has absolutely no ownership and manners!
Except Mr Yele , there was no other official that had the decency to talk and that to sense !
And the hotel didn't even have the courtesy to take my number down to let me know the results of their through investigation and cross checking in the morning!!!
But your staff had all the pride to tell me that ma'am we will do a thought check tomorrow ! But how on earth are you going to inform me????
Irresponsible unprofessional and poor customer service !

This is an amazing location to plan the wedding. We have shot weddings here and location is up to the mark for Great pictures.

Hotel is located conveniently on the main road. Rooms are decently comfortable but maintenance staff needs to work better with taking care of them. Food is average.

The hotel is amazing and closely located to the airport. The rooms were clean and the check in was very fast. The hotel staff is also very well trained and humble. I had buffet breakfast in the morning and food there was also quite good.

Sheraton hotels always come with luxury and status. Hotel was undoubtedly good, ambience was nice, nothing new. Well behaved staff, well decorated ......

Very gud service by banquet staff. THE BEST I have ever experienced. Proactive and caring. Otherwise banquets normally are only interested in efficient setup and de setup. But here...they realised I was unwell and proactively organised continuous supply of hot water honey and ginger

I was working here for few months,all the services including food and others are best and I loved the hotel.

Excellent service. Everyone from security onwards are very friendly, helpful, cheerful and polite. Good breakfast spread though the staff looked stressed on the Sunday we were leaving. Fairly clean rooms. Great gym. The pool is nice but small. View isn't great. Well connected to the city: koregaon park, dhole Patil road & camp. Also very close to Aga Khan Palace

The quality standard is coming down , compared to one year ago , especially the maintenance.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Walkable distance to Phoenix mall. The best part is the staff. They make you feel very welcome.

First of all the good things: nice cozy place, near to airport, good ambience. Rooms are small but well maintained. ..
Coming to Cons : service in dining area is too slow and looks like your order is never going to come.... even in buffet breakfast i ordered some basic things and despite of reminding thrice the order never came to the table.... and when confronted the reply was a measly sorry... Don't expect such service from such a big name in service industry

I had booked two deluxe rooms with a understanding and as suggested by mmt that it would be a suite. However, it turned out to be two different rooms. Thats ok. Staff were good and there was parking available for my car. Phoenix mall is at walk away distance and Agha Khan Palace is also nearby. Over all the hotel was good...no complains.

I have visited here last Friday for Delhi 6 concept.Now you can enjoy all Delhi food on every Friday.You will get chaat,paratha,kebabs ,Tandoori and many more.I enjoyed Chile Bhature,shahi tukda,garam jalebi and Biryani.Food was delicious here.They are taking care of proper hygiene in pandemic which like the most.
