Very bad experience. We stay here almost every month for business. We book this hotel for our exhibition by the first group. Every time we come here chef or the managers come and ask for feedback and reviews- always given the best. This time requested for something as it was my colleagues Birthday. She loves sea food. Asked incharge Purna and Shreya 6pm in the evening if we can get fish promfret in the buffet as it was available in the package we booked. Chef specially came and met us in the conference hall "Bene" confirmed that he can get us promfret. He didn't instead he got us Bombay ducks. I mean really? This is what u r gona get a substitute as Bombay duck for a promfret, really?
You might not lose business by one client but you will lose out on goodwill. Because I don't think we are doing g business with you again. Because if you cannot do something don't promise. More over don't promise you can.
Being a senior atleast I ca do that much.
Very bad. Disappointed. Dissatisfied
