Was there for a workshop for 2 days. Food was really good and they managed the needs for workshop also really well.

Good south Indian food service needs to be improved

It was really good to stay at the hotel. All the staffs were courteus and always on toes to make the stay comfortable.

I visited this hotel for attending my colleague engagement ceremony. Hotel is nice and clean. Ambience is good. only thing is hall size looks small compared to Novotel. Food and all is upto the mark.

Apart from the damp stench and a non working electric kettle, it was a good stay, helpful and prompt staff, Good breakfast options.

The rooms are quite nice but the food isn't great. I attended a conference and got very sick after eating

I stayed in the Apartments section of the hotel. Lovely rooms with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and prompt. The food was good as well, with a decent breakfast spread.

Bad experience.... Very bad service... Juice came after 30minute

Well considering hotel Marriott I was expecting everything same but service was slow, I was quite disappointed.

The buffet service was inadequate. Spoons had to be asked for. Salads and starters were exhausting quickly and refilling was meagre and slow. Desserts should be served in bite size pieces, instead of the whole cake placed for people to cut according to will. It looked shabby. Food was served in poor quantity.

Good place and service. 15 mins from airport which help you reach in time in normal traffic.

The rooms are starting to age. The food is good as always !

Hotel entrance was narrow and confusing as need to take u turn to get down to entrance of the hotel. Valet parking staff was friendly and prompt. Hotel entrance was good and friendly. Halls are good but slightly looks dull. Hotel ambience is ok. Food is good and serving staff also good.

Loved the hospitality. Food was good , although had only the buffet meals. Cleanliness, Customer Service, WiFi, laundry everything absolutely great. Thumbs up. Also at a good location, right on the main road hence connectivity is never an issue.

Nothing special, just another run off the mill hotel.

The staff is good and courteous but the food quality is average. I had been here for a conference. It is good venue to host conferences on a moderate scale.

Beautifully structured, Lively, aspecious property. Global standard rooms are up to the mark and provides complete comfort for the one.

I have seen business travellers here most of the times because of its strategic location but this place also gives WOW experience on dinner date too.

Overall experience here is very joyful.

Good to stay. Was welcomed with a room upgrade to suite for a night due to unavailability of the type of room i was booked in for! A welcome gesture . Suite was spacious with a bed room , hall with sofa dining and washroom.
Deluxe rooms are also spacious with cozy bed, sofa, work table, wardrobe , safe locks, shoe racks,mini bar etc.. no complaints. Buffet breakfast has an unending menu. The three restaurant/pubs are equally good. I stayed here for 15 days !

Everything is superb about this place. Breakfast is delicious. Service is outstanding. Staffs are very friendly and polite. It's very close to shopping Mall and airport. It has spacious hall for celebrating special occasions, conferences or events. Recommend place to stay in Pune city.

This hotel is close to airport and they have very good facilities. I have taken a residence suit which was huge. The swimming pool is on 2nd floor and is very good and clean. There is gym with all the facilities. Steam is also there. The breakfast buffet is superb here with lots and lots of varieties. U will love the breakfast buffet

Have been to Vashi Navi Mumbai's Four Points before. The experience is at par. Loved the standard.

One of the best hotels in Pune. The accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms and the hotel premises was top notch. Loved the food served at buffet. Many options to choose from. The staff is very responsive and cooperative. I don't have many photos to upload. Hope it helps.

Stay here all the time. It is one of the best hotels here.

Delicious Food and Great Ambience. Loved the Mexican chicken salad.

The food was good there was some costal festivals was going on.... so they had costal food n choclate pudding was amazing. Staff is very helpful n friendly. Looking forward for another dinner plan at four points by sheraton.

Very nice place but expensive also
I really liked their brunch and would like to visit this place again if they provide me some good offer.
Otherwise members of four points by sheraton are very polite and of very helping nature.
They do manage cab services for customer but I guess they facility is being provided by many big hotels.
