I wish there was a dislike button on your page. I had one of the worst experiences with your hotel that screams to be amongst the good ones in Pune . A hotel is expected to be known by its service but yours is extremely poor.
There is absolutely no sense of integrity and ownership in This hotel.
You take my car for valet and bring it back up with a damage on my bumper and then try your best to prove that it was an older damage. A guest who comes to celebrate a function at your hotel has absolutely no other work but to spend literally two hours at wee hours from 11:45 to 1:14 am trying to argue over a damage that's been done while the car was under your supervision .
Your CCTV footages were absolutely inconclusive !! And the valet card that you claim has the damage marked , let me tell you , doesn't justify the damage. You couldn't even mark one of the most prominent damages of my car in your card and tried to tell me that you were capable enough to mark a damage that didn't exist before I gave my car for valet at your premises today. Your manager at night a certain Mr Rohit has absolutely no managerial skills . He makes statements hoping the guest stops the chase during his duty and calls them to come back yeh next day in his absence. As a manager his ownership is ZERO! Hesitates to give his number and shares number of someone in the morning duty who wasn't available at the time of the incident. He makes statements like the CCTV will have every second covered which turned out to be wrong when we went to the CCTV room. There is a decent amount of time missing as there is no cctv coverage while taking the car downstairs . He also makes a statement in front of people- ma'am we will further investigate and whether it's proved or not we will cover the damage - cos you know he tried to rub on our faces that covering the damage is not a big deal for them. And while repeating his statements to him a few minutes later , he again claims to not have said those words. Unprofessional !!
The hotel then expected us to walk woh then in the uncovered areas to see if here was red pain anywhere coz you know it's so easy to figure out if a damage is new or not. Obviously water is unavailable so people can't wash off the marks !!
Please know that it is absolutely unpleasant to fight over a car damage which can be covered by my insurance as well! Your hotel and its staff has absolutely no ownership and manners!
Except Mr Yele , there was no other official that had the decency to talk and that to sense !
And the hotel didn't even have the courtesy to take my number down to let me know the results of their through investigation and cross checking in the morning!!!
But your staff had all the pride to tell me that ma'am we will do a thought check tomorrow ! But how on earth are you going to inform me????
Irresponsible unprofessional and poor customer service !
