Attended friends wedding reception, the arrangements were good, food taste was great, especially deserts. Location is accessible from Pune Airport. Also not too far from Pune city

I was here at Four Points for my office work at First Story co working space. I was 5 min away when it started pouring and I came to the hotel all drenched. I rushed to the restroom only to see that there was nothing but only paper tissues. I struggled through them while I was shivering. I see a young girl (Neha Badade) walk in with a bath towel and I was like...u r an angel. She made me feel comfortable and I was relieved. I dried myself and finally went for the meeting. Hospitality...service beyond words for everyone who is a part of the hotel. Highly appreciated. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable.

There is nothing else to live here with the whole family or friends.

One of the good hotel of Pune.. 4feet swimming pool. Spa services do exist but not of quality one. you can use spa services somewhere out. Food is good. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. No liquor due to government recent rules of highway. nearby pheonix mall for shopping and movie time. Can get delivery service from any other restaurant. Liquor can be consumed inside the room. Gym equipment for proper workout is available.

Good hotel. Unfortunately when I attended 2 day conference, I had to use loo. To my surprise, there were no water and tissues. Had to manage with little quantities of tissue. Not a great hotel.

It is near to Pune airport.We were here for about 2 weeks.hotel provides great service.
Buffet breakfast is the best thing here.
Room service is also good.
And most importantly they allow outside food to eat in your rooms.
There is a swimming pool on 2nd floor.
Also they invited us for cocktail party and the party was for those people who are staying for longer than 1 week

Had a great month stay here. The best part about this hotel is their staff. The staff is so professional, so polite, very helpful. They are always ready to help their customers in any circumstance. Had a perfect one month stay here. The food at The Eatery is too good. The varieties they serve at lunch and dinner is cremendable. All in all a great staff, great restraunt makes this one of the best places in Pune to stay.

No air con in room told not to complain. Whole hotel without AC was told dont complain you are the only guest who is complaining as confirmed by front desk

Spacious and fully loaded rooms with safe , iron, will find, charger etc. Good spread for breakfast and dinner. Lunch is moderately spread due to less guests.

Good place to stay, good food options, good security and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious, airy and well designed.

No Balconies in rooms, Slow room service.
Otherwise comfort level is modest , fully equipped gym and nice prime location.

No shoe polish, bad quality of iron, bathroom equipments.
Will not prefer again.

Attended a conference there, everything was good. But food was not as of same quality of other five star restaurants.

Loved the room. Only problem we had was the wait time for our check-in. We scheduled a 12 PM check in we arrived at 12:15 and the front desk assistant told us we would have to wait for an hour before we could go to our room. Food is ok, not the best, it's what you would expect from a hotel like this. Staff were polite and respectful. Would recommend if you need to stay close to Viman Nagar.

Buffet food is average. Nevertheless, you'll get pizza, pasta. Non-veg options are not much fulfilling. Ambience is pretty classy.

Buffet breakfast spread is excellent.Had ordered Pizza during night;quality was amazing.Serviced apartments are decent,not something extraordinary.Service is average; Electrician took 4 attempts to fix our AC cooling problem.Overall good.Being a 5 star, it's higher on the price range,but if you have the budget,do try it once for the excellent cuisine

The hotel property is not well maintained. The front desk staff treat you as if you are an unwelcome guest. They are as dull as the faded t shirt.

Nice hotel. They got clean rooms and service was also good. I stayed in a sweet, so it was fairly big. Food taste and quality was very good. Staff is also helpful and generous. Price is high as quality places comes with a little high cost. Highly recommended.
