Courteous Staff, good infrastructure, good food, good facilities.

It's was great. I was standing outside for a cab.the building was big might provide good shadow if you are standing outside. Great way to ask for review. Bc

I stayed for 4 days along with 34 of my collegues...it was a good experience...but the staff was much below the standards as exepected from such a renowned named hotel...Asst Manager of Four points by sheraton, Pune- Mr Ashish was very incooperative. I would have given it a 0 star if it was possible. This is the least I could rate this hotel. Never willing to stay again at this terrible place.... thank u for ur services Mr Ashish...highly unrecommended.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Their airport round transportation is a bit of joke, not flexible to drop the guests at railway station or pick up instead. You're expected to take air always :) Otherwise the hotel amenities are good and generally everything happens well. Restaurant staff are nice, their buffer breakfast is good and service is top notch. I preferred this as it's the nearest for office as well as nearer to few good malls.

So lets get into Details it was my Boyfriend Joshua's birthday on 5th of Nov we booked the place from 5th to the 8th of Nov, I called up the reception a day prior to our visit to plan a private romantic dinner surprise for my boyfriend I spoke to Manager Abhay nd he agreed to do this he also mentioned they hv done this in the past nd sent me pictures i spoke to him nd gave him all the details to what I wanted for tht special night nd he told me don't worry ma'am I will make it look beautiful. Now comes the day of our travel we were travelling from Mumbai nd had a stop at another place in Pune before we could drop in at the hotel. The dinner reservation was for 9pm Nd at 9pm we were still on the Pune expressway we realised we weren't going to make it on time we called Abhay and asked him if it was okay to move to 10 or later nd I remember him telling me at the time of booking tht the kitchen closes at 11pm anyway we managed to reach the hotel at 11 post 11 somehow nd we told him to give us 10 to 15mins to freshen up we went in to our rooms after checking in nd managed to go down at 11:45 nd to our surprise the whole team waited they patiently took us outside nd it was just so beautifully decorated all our meals we were pre planned nd sent to the Manager Abhay who gave us a warm welcome with a welcome drink nd one after the other our food was served no1 was in a hurry no1 pushed us we were served at normal pace nd everything we asked for was there, the good was exquisite nd so comforting after the long trip we had, Abhay even had the chef introduced to us the whole team waited bk for the cake cutting nd then helped us wrap up this memorable night it is only cause of Abhay and team tht this special night was possible nd I solely thank them for their effort nd patience nd for treating us in such a special way.. I would totally recommend any of my friends family visiting pune this place is totally worth it, the rooms r beautifully nd very well maintained cleant every single day all the possible place we get in contact with r disinfected everyday, complimentary breakfast is just another amazing add on this whole special stay. Kudos to the four points team.. Hats off to their amazing job in times like these when they r not fully staffed nd still manage to pull it off so well.

Good food and service. But the waiter was dying for review and he was also not waiting to finish our dinner. He asked multiple times for that. It was irritating.

The place is organized with a good architecture. It's quite spacious. Well maintained and has a good cafeteria. The conference Hall is huge with good amenities. As far as the food is concerned starters can be rated from average to excellent.. for the dinner the plates should be bigger while serving a buffet.. the Chaat needs to be worked upon.. The sweets are excellent....

They great hot chocolate, their banquet hall is pretty big. They have awesome view from both side rooms. Swimming pool is also big.

Staffs are very helpful. It is situated on Nagar highway near Viman Nagar. Location is good.

A great hotel with great service. They charge a bit more for a service but the service is just exllent. This is located in pune.

Poor service..Food quality n room service pathetic, In buffet Breakfast menu is fixed for all seven days,If you are planning to saty more than a day please avoid to stay there.
Even though there is difference in Bill amount v/s actually so please check once while paying.

Good value for money, cheap well maintained rooms good service

Did not have any problem with the parking. As I went for training, all the direction to the training room was properly places. Infrastructure for the training was perfect.

We visited 1st Story on 1st floor of Four Points for an office team dinner party.
It was a nice experience.
Starters were way better than main course !

Four points by Sheraton Pune is a very nice property to stay. Hotel is well maintained and you feel and experience that you are in hotel. Room is specious with nice bedding. I enjoyed in swimming pool which is on 4 the floor (if I remember). Lavish buffet breakfast at morning ,so many Verity of food . Staff in restaurant is very nice & polite

Can't say enough good things about our experience at Four Points by Sheraton. We were given a great room and impeccable service. Will definitely be staying again.

Great location, Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, Good breakfast with large variety .. Everything was well except Dinner (Indian and Maharastrian food less variety).
If you need help in restaurant you can meet Capt.Abhi and Tejas they are really good and cooperative.

Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant but thing was housekeeping staff not prompt after check-in, we notice that few basic things were missing in the room like Towel , Tissue paper, Body Wash etc.
Hospitality not like a 5 star, its basic 5 star

We had a premium room everything was good worth spending the charges except for the phone which was not working charges were worth spending according to the room .

Great place but the cuisine was not upto the mark, low salt in most of the dishes and sub par service according to its reputation.

Food served in terms of taste is very average and the overall look and interiors need to be updated ....
