Efficient and functional business hotel. Food is below average though

Nice hotel with nice service, and food quality and taste was awesome. Staff behavior is also good and cooperative behaviour.

Ok for stay... Food options are very low in buffet.... Restaurant staffs are not much cared about guests... Don't expect taste

The conference hall is decent. Food was of average quality. Nothing extraordinary. Decent hotel for small conferences.

Had our office event here and the food was not upto the mark. Only thing I liked was their service. Great hospitality but the food needs major improvement..

There are many points which are to be mentioned for my rating.
1. The housekeeping service is classic especially the guys Sunkesh and Dutta They did a commendable job, and were always there for any help you need.
2. The breakfast buffet was really very good along with the service staff who were extremely polite and cooperative.
3. The way valley parking guys behave we quite liked it.
Last not the least the front desk officer Mr. Akshay is a very sweet and professional person .

Overall it was a great stay for about 17days and we will surely revisit these chains by Marriott.

I use to go to Four points very often. This one is under level. A bit dirty for my standard, old and the restaurant is not acceptable.

Being relatively close to the airport, it took next to no time for my taxi to bring me to the hotel. Check-in was done quickly and efficiently, and I was shown to my room in a timely manner. The room was quite large and very well-appointed. Wi fi was fast and efficient. The hotel features a swimming pool and fitness centre, but given my time constraints I was unable to use either. There are also two in-house restaurants which feature quite a good selection of dishes. Again, I had limited time and could not avail myself of either. Hotel taxis are available, with billing direct to your room account. This makes for a convenient way to get around the city. I had an early morning flight to catch and check-out was again efficient and timely. Tariff is reasonable for the venue. Highly recommended.

Went lot of times for dinner. Nice atmosphere. Good service. delicious veg food but disappointed everytime when I tasted non veg food. Needs improvement

Actually room was good. But the food and services were not up to the star values they are showing. So disappointed

I had visited here for Sunday brunch and it was one of the best brunches I had
this place is spectacular
it has everything under one roof from Indian to Continental you name it you got it
they have live counters for various sections they have special counter for salads they also have different section with live counter for desserts
also they have a huge dance floor with the live singer and the music which he plays and the song he sings is mesmerizing
The ambience is extremely eye catchy they have a book section they have couple section they have family section they have good space for seating
from cocktails to mocktails you can get everything here
Also the service is very polite
also the main course items were very delicious , the biryani ,the chicken gravy
and also they provide fresh naan on order
the best part of 1st story is that they are very affordable in spite of being situated in a costly hotel the pricing is very economic
this place is highly recommended if you are are planning to visit for a buffet

Good hotel , budget on higher side , have gym , pool . Close to airport around 20 min drive

I have very very bad time in this hotel. The bathroom is not clean. And in TV only 60 channels are their. I have worst experience. Pls don't go this hotel.

Place is nice. Reservation department specifically is very polite and attentive. Purposely gave 4 ratings for reservations. 1 negative point for cleanliness in corridor, executive's service in the restaurant, equipment maintenance in the room, swimming pool's maintenance.

An aussam place with all Porsche facilities. Food was prepared and served in great class. !!

Worst hotel ever.

It's an awesome hotel...with nice rooms...and nice facilities in the rooms.

I had attended 2 days workshop at this hotel. Staff was polite. Food was not that great on first day. Quantity was not enough. People needed to wait longer time for refills. They improved on this on the next day post our feedback. Overall a good experience.

Good, but not that good for being called a Sheraton!

Disappointed by the food here, it wasn't bad, but expected more from a place like this.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Rooms and food were perfect.

This is a forgetful place. Meaning, the front desk forgets your requests, you forget where you kept your stuff, however well organized you are, and in fact, you forget that there is a life outside. Plumbing is a problem, drains dont flow out fast enough and you hear sounds you don't want to. The view from the room is not pretty though we did see parrots and 2 green bee eaters, besides goats and kids picking tamarind. The coffee mugs look shiny from the outside and old from the inside. The twin beds are nice and big. The room is clean and carpeted. It catches the morning sun. The ala carte meals are much better than buffet though we don't know why. Your meals might end up costing as much as your room. Phoenix mall is nearby and we caught a movie. The road between the two shiny ac places has people cooking on the pavement and is gray from traffic as gray can be. The gym is nice. It's an effort to keep turning the music off. Dont know why a bathroom wall facing the room had to be made of glass a d then curtained. The front desk smiles at you here. You can hear the noises in the neighbouring room.

It's a luxury hotel with excellent staff and clean rooms

I visited panash restaurant of the Sheraton. Although they have many options in the nonveg but as I am vegetarian so the options were very limited. Would not recommend for the vegetarians.
