I was here at Four Points for my office work at First Story co working space. I was 5 min away when it started pouring and I came to the hotel all drenched. I rushed to the restroom only to see that there was nothing but only paper tissues. I struggled through them while I was shivering. I see a young girl (Neha Badade) walk in with a bath towel and I was like...u r an angel. She made me feel comfortable and I was relieved. I dried myself and finally went for the meeting. Hospitality...service beyond words for everyone who is a part of the hotel. Highly appreciated. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable.
