Very good hotel with good in-house facilities, must try once if you are going to stay in Pune

It s now become a home for me in Pune. The rooms are good and comfortable. I liked the TV on individual treadmills, which lured me to stay fit while I m there. Food is decent and staff are great. Mukesh Patil has assembled a great pool of people like Sagar, Devendra, Wilson, Sushil, Akash, Ramesh, Rajesh, Pratik, Santosh. Basically if you get to know people there, you will feel like home.

They don't refill items consumed... That's not expected

Four Points Sheraton suits the office folks within the vicinity of Viman Nagar and is closest to the airport. The service is good and breakfast ia good but can be better in terms of items innovation. The request for an upgrade is also adhered too with a polite front office staff.

The reception desk was helpful and guided thoroughly. Good place to conduct business events. Has nicely sized banquet halls.

Pretty average hotel. The rooms are decent, but the sheets, etc. are not what you would expect from a Sheraton.

Good hotel overall. Room size is good enough for 3 people. Staff is courteous, especially front desk.
Close to airport and EON it park is additional advantage. Breakfast spread is good but can be better, I feel, especially tea counter. Their chole was extremely good in breakfast. Overall nice experience.

As the name suggests Four Point something... it does not deserve 5 star rating hotel...

I paid for 3 pax per room, for 2 rooms but experience was very bad.

I blame it on MMT and Four Point Sheraton both...

Their staff didn t know about the booking for extra person in the two rooms... they took more than 45minutes to arrange the extra bed.... finally I had to barge into their staff room and compel them to do the needful...

They didn t replace the water bottles, didn t clean the room...

While their staff at the restaurant was good their housekeeping and front desk staff was poor in terms of information and speed of response...

My favourite place to go and hangout whenever I feel like !specially with my family!location and ambience is awesome !good staff and service too!

The location of this building is on the main road. The security checks in the hotel both the incide and at the outside are very clean. The rooms are very beautiful but the cost is very high for just a single day. The food service is excellent. I'm vegetarian and the veg food was good but many of my friends said non veg was even good. Hope this helos.
