Awesome experience, excellent staff ..everything right from transport, stay, housekeeping was excellently taken care of. Front desk staff were really polite and extremely supportive..

Very Good Hotel for stay as well as for all types of functions. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Service is also very nice. During this Pandemic period all precautions are taken and well followed.

It's a best place to have dine with your friends and family with a good ambience.

Very worst service by Team Four Points.....Food totally teastless......And entire view was not good.....Ac was switched off..... there is no light in washrooms.....May be they doing cost cutting......

I just checked into Four Points Sheraton Pune, and i am cursing myself for choosing this hotel, it feels like a punishment, the ac is not working, no amenities provided, no wifi, no smoking room available, no bathrobes, no mini bar, no flexibility, they have wasted 2 hours of mine already, and i am here sitting in a hot room, where the front office staff named Simayita boiman has given me such a hard time, she has made my stay worse and she has been giving me excuses for not providing services due to the pandemic.

So does a pandemic also asks you to exclude amenities like working ac and wifi?
I am so disappointed. This has been my worst experience here. They are not helping us with anything. They are not even changing our rooms or doing anything about the ac. I am almost in tears

Nice Hotel, very close to the airport, great restaurants, tasty food, caring staffs and more. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. City views from the room are good. Overall a great experience.

Staff totally lacks sense of behaviour, totally cashing in on their parent sheraton hotel chain's reputation, with no customer dealing basic decency. Staff not qualified officially and that translates to lackadaisical attitude on their part and hospitality is what the customer would miss more than his home. Staff only concerned with foreign resident customers, totally ignoring indians. Have been an avid traveller but not come across such unprofessional people... HASHTAG NEVER REPEAT!!!, especially for Indians!!! Guys, goto some good hotel who might have a bit lesser name but better Behaviour.....

It has lived up to the expectation of its parent Marriot. It's good hotel in bustle city, but being classy its pricey too..

I have attended the seminar, the management was good but found many flaws like proper way to dispose plates, tea cups were not available.

Food was okayish. Not too good. Buffet had varieties in both veg & non veg even deserts. We applied discount through dineout app so it was a good deal overall. Staff is polite.

It is an economical hotel located close to the airport as well as KP ( center of city).
Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is extremely courteous and prompt in service. The hotel provides amenities like gym , swimming pool ,bar, hall for official conferences etc.
The standard membership of Marriott is applicable for Sheraton as well.
Paid munchies are available in the room. Biotique toiteries.

The best part of the place is the EATERY - the dinning area. The food is extremely delicious and lip smacking. The morning buffet has a plethora of items catering to all kinds of tastes - from healthy keto salads to yummy bhature cholle of the LIVE counter. A fabulous job done by Chef - Ajay Kumar Negi - in serving consistently tasty food during my stay of 5 days. I throughly relished the #ChilliOnionChutney , #TomatoChutney ... Which had a very unique Indian tangy flavour.

Four points by Sheraton : Pune Pesha ballroom was decent and the food was decent too.

A reasonable place at a reasonable price. A little too Western for my taste as a visitor to India, but sometimes that's what you want if you're far away from home for an extended period.

Good rates for longer periods and rooms with kitchenettes are available (although oddly without any plates, pots or utensils). And who knew craft brews were available on tap in India.

The quality of rooms & services are very good. The staff is also very helpful.

One of the few nice places near Magarpatta, Kharadi IT parks.

Sheraton hotels always come with luxury and status. Hotel was undoubtedly good, ambience was nice, nothing new. Well behaved staff, well decorated restaurant. However, food was some issue here. We ordered non-veg and a chocolate milkshake. Milkshake was just blending of milk and Hershey's. This was so disappointing. Same happened with meal. Was not good. Apart from food, services and amenities are good.
