Staff totally lacks sense of behaviour, totally cashing in on their parent sheraton hotel chain's reputation, with no customer dealing basic decency. Staff not qualified officially and that translates to lackadaisical attitude on their part and hospitality is what the customer would miss more than his home. Staff only concerned with foreign resident customers, totally ignoring indians. Have been an avid traveller but not come across such unprofessional people... HASHTAG NEVER REPEAT!!!, especially for Indians!!! Guys, goto some good hotel who might have a bit lesser name but better Behaviour.....
