The property is good but the reception staff is highly unresponsive, rude and not at all cordial. Asst Manager Ashish Shrivastav has no sense of hospitality & is highly undeserving to be in the hospitality industry. This kind of customer service is not at all acceptable from a prestigious chain like Sheraton. Even the smaller n less famous hotels like Oakwood and Lemon tree provide better service. Highly unrecommended.
