very poor reception and low quality dinner buffet,lazy service at the restaurant.
during check in they gave me the card key which was not configured for my room,i had to come back to the reception twice for rectifying it,they should have the courtsey to send one of their staff to accompny the guest at the time of check in.
at the time of check out my bill was wrong,i had to get it corrected to reduce it by about 6000 rupees.then i lost my temper and asked for the complaint book,evev that was denied.

I did my wedding at Four Points by Sheraton and it was a two day function. From the start I was helped by Mamtaji who manages the events and the weddings at the hotel. It was a really nice experience talk to her and she was really helpful and accommodation with everything. Everything was really well organised and it was a very nice two days! The banquet management team (Sumitji and team) is very helpful and the food is amazing ( Tenzin chef and Makan chef). Ashish, Debhuti and Ankita at the reception were really patient and helpful with the checkin and so was Vinod with the luggage.

Would definately recommend for a night's stay or any event. Great rooms and service.

The place is really God and like the Ambience staff is very Cooperative and the food is really delicious. I like the way they treat their guests And the best part about it is you feel like home at their place that is not just the only reason their are allot more but the thing is that the location it's good and according to my stay

I was there for an entirely 14days quarantine period and I really enjoyed my stay! Initially i was hesitant as it doesn t have any balcony rooms, but gradually I started enjoying every day! I must appreciate the staff because they re doing a commendable job. Keep it up guys

Stayed there twice, both the times was completely impressed by the service, everyone is so good at ensuring the guest have an amazing experience, special mention has to go for the staff at "The Eatery"

It was nice 1 month 10 day experience in four point Pune .The only area where I found some improvement is food.

Two of the major music festivals that take place in Pune - Supersonic and Nh7 now take at Mahalaxmi lawns. This is the closest decent hotel to the venue and it possible (though not recommended) to walk to the venue from here if uber surge is really high.

We went in a large group for dinner. The waiters messed up with slow and unorganised service even though the restaurant was almost empty. Served masala peanuts after we finished with the starters n were having main course. Ambience is ok.

Nice location with good breakfast spread. The pub on the first floor is decent too.

Good place for a casual as well as formal meeting. Food is awesome.

We had a suite apartment. It was compact but spacious enough for two people to lounge. It had a small kitchen cum living room, which is connected to the bedroom.

The hotel has a business vibe and we did see some conferences being held there. Amenities wise it does have a small pool, gym and spa on one of the floors. So functional, but not extravagant. There isn't a view from any of the rooms.

It isn't exactly walking distance to anyplace except maybe the Phoenix Mall nearby.

I would say if all you need are clean rooms, ample parking and breakfast buffets - then go ahead .

Worst 5 star hotel i have ever stayed in my life. I doubt if it deserves to be in 3 star category also. Rooms fixtures are very old and untidy. The bed you will not even feel like touching, the sheets are very old full of spots, carpet and curtains are very dirty and there is a foul smell in the room, which is very suffocating.
Room service , house keeping and reception will never pickup the call, i went down to the reception as my call and request remained unattended. The staff is very untrained, slow and careless as if they hardly bother about their guests. I am amazed that how this hotel is able to keep its 5 star status even after worst amenities.
The moment I entered the room and checked the sheets, there were hairs on it. Washroom fixtures are very dirty and stained.
Overall i had a worst experience. Staff , amenities, ambiance, facilities nothing is upto the mark.

Proximity to good resturants and phoenix shopping mall. Good food and good service.

Update: today only i noticed that they have a small play area with slide and trampoline where kids of age upto 10 can have a good time.

Terrific place to stay and relax. Nice property indeed with swimming pool. Their buffet lunch and dinner is of extra ordinary quality. Food is mouth watering and tasty with the availability of continental dishes. Perfect break. Nice place indeed. Their staffs are very polite and gentle. Thats the very good attitude. We thoroughly enjoyed their services.

Business meeting and food we have tried which is good

Located on Nagar Road very close to the airport. I got an upgraded room which was really huge, more like a service apartment. Very well maintained and service is also prompt. Enjoyed my stay.

A business hotel located close to the airport. The rooms are medium sized but comfortable. The hotel doesn't look plush but is tastefully done up in a modern way. The staff is well trained and courteous. The morning breakfast is delicious.

We were there for Chinese cuisine, and me being vegetarian, of course, options for me get limited.
However, among the available options there were free innovative dishes and they tasted good.
Friends who went for non vegetarian options really enjoyed as well.
It provided a good place to sit as a group where we could enjoy our discussions openly and share the laughters.
Overall good experience, however, not so inexpensive.
