Wonderful property, service and amnesties a cool, and in the center of the city, overall I have a good pleasant experience staying in this hotel

The lady at front desk is doesn t have patience and doesn t now how to greet and talk with people. This hotel is greedy.

When u see Sheraton u expect an experience to remember by. But alas it was not so... The staff n ambience is ok but food is pathetic. Not expected. The buffet layout has v few items of salads main course dessert. Taste is poor than a roadside dhaba.

Business hotel on the outskirts of Pune city, good for a stay if you have work in viman nagar or nearby areas.

Nice environment to stay ,it is little bit costly but it's good.parking is also available.

Actually it's my exam there but overall experience was good. I don't talk with the staff but it seems to be quiet and gentle. Must spend ur time.

Attended a company training here for 7 days.....they provide a healthy lunch during sessions ,comfortable seating with big halls...a gr8 business hotel

The food is good. I attended a wedding here and the ambience and food was good.. Plus it is situated on the main road and easy to locate..

I like this hotel for the location, SPG points, reasonable rate and friendly staff.

The airport pick service is usually complementary and they always mess up with it. For atleast 3 times they missed to send the taxi to the airport.

Breakfast is good, but the dinner is too much for those who don't need buffet

Food Quality is not as expectations and Tea they are serving in glass of local tea maker. average hotel in budget meeting of companies.

Stayed here 2 nights as I got a good deal from a travel portal.

Rooms are very spacious. Toilets are very clean. The new restaurant , more a pub has a good menu, some very good live music and DJ also.

The coffee shop has a good buffet, breakfast spread is excellent, though it gets crowded quickly in the morning.

Staff is well trained and courteous. Overall a good, enjoyable experience.

Awesome hotel. I was there for the event. They have very nice and yummy food. I loved the buffet variety and taste, really nice.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel and really like it. Very clean and staff are great. Good selection for the breakfast and nice taste!

Food is very delicious. Swimming pool and Gym are good. One dark spot would be the cost of the food.

Good hotel but the room was not clean when I checked in which is totally not expected from a hotel rated so highly. Even after they cleaned the room, had to change to a different room.
