Superb room. True shower. Comfortable king size beds. And just in front of the museum of Canadian history.

Free upgrade to business king. Just got back from the arctic. This room was everything I could have ever asked for. I felt like a king. The staff were amazing and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, the employees were super friendly, and the location is excellent. Also, the breakfast was super delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

First floor restaurant has good price range food choices and they are tasty. They also offer free beer before 6pm(i think, no sure).

Had dinner at the Four Points Sheraton and enjoyed it thoroughly. The waiter provided great service which was above and beyond his duty.

The room is okay, we have a wheelchair accessible room as it was the last room with a king bed. The bathroom is stark white and water gets everywhere when you shower. There are no blackout curtains or hotel information book (pool hours, gym location, restaurant menu etc). Location is excellent.

Great area with a lot of things to do ,within walking distance to downtown Ottawa .

This only applies to their conference center and not the hotel accomodation. I was there for a three-day training. We had free water and coffee which was tasty (but I don't know if it was paid by the hotel or the presenters). Rooms are clean and accomodating. Heat was a bit too high especially when rooms are full. Conference floor bathrooms are clean and spacious but can only serve two people at a time. There didn't seem to be microwaves and things to accomodate people with lunches.

Rooms were nice. The bar was limited in their selection of beers. Curtains in the washroom could have used changing

Ordinary for the price ... dust and smell of moisture that persists.

Always enjoy staying here as the staff is amazing helpful and the rooms are perfect every time.

Everything was good exept for the conference room on 4th floor was cold wind drafts from the windows

I shouldn t really let this secret out, but, if your destination is Ottawa, and you re not a twenty something party animal, who wants to spend the evening in the Byward Market bar scene, this hotel is a place to stay. Great view of parliament hill, away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short drive across the bridge, from Ottawa. Great rooms, and good staff.

A bit far from Ottawa and the air conditioning is a bit loud but it's pree comfy

I was there for a quick overnight. Bed was comfy and the was helpful

Setting was nice and staff was very professional, but the rooms have giant beams blocking the view, not great for large groups.

Nice rooms. And fruit water is always available in the lobby. It's a quick walk to the market and the strip in hull.

Great location. Always clean. Friendly staff. Only issue is that they seem to get A LOT of hockey tournament families in there and those kids can be very loud. Could use a bit more "security". I've seen ball hockey games in hallways.

Hotel very well located opposite the Canadian Museum of History. Courteous service. Our room on the ground floor was however a little noisy due to its proximity to a factory behind the museum. Ask for a room in front.

Staff were great. I enjoyed the pool, and the room was good value. Would stay here again.

The welcome very warm and attentive to our needs and I had my little dog warmly welcomed. Lunch buffet although its $ 15.00 per person is not cheaper elsewhere with maude service impeccable. The room with its amazing bedding and fluffy pillows. near Ottawa and Gatineau. Maid Denise listens and very kind. I can not wait to go back. .a soon beautiful teams ...

Rooms are nice and what is to be expected. But underground parking is horrible. Like horrible horrible.

Great location to get in and out of, with well thought out parking.
Grounds very well kept and inviting, with places to sit outside under a tree in the shade if you didn't want to eat inside.
For a hotel the prices are pretty good and the staff really made you feel like you were important.

The hotel is ok, they are renovating so it should be better soon. My only irritating point was my card kept getting demagnetized no matter where I kept it. Other than that the service was great.

The staff is always really nice. The room are nice and cozy.

Prepare to pay a surplus for parking. It was not mentioned when we booked where my 4 *. By cons for the rest, nothing to report. The welcome was great. The pool, small but does the job. The rooms, big and clean. By cons the fan does not really work in the bathroom so there is a lot of steam after the showers.

I went there during a convention and I loved it! Nice rooms, clean and the staff is super helpful.

Recently stayed at the hotel. I had come in on work related trip and did not have a charger cable. Upon arrival at the hotel I asked my phone to be charged. The staff kept my phone and when I picked it up a little while later it was given back not charged at all. They acted quite surprised.

I left for dinner and came back to re-request the service to see if maybe a mistake had occurred. They told me they could not lend me a cable but could charge at the front desk which was alright with me. I gave them the phone and A few minutes after reaching my room I was called to be notified that their cable had broken and they had no way of charging my phone. I roll my eyes at that as it s a common iPhone charger and in all my experience with hotels it s not something they aren t capable of doing.

Fine however, no problem. I came downstairs to pick it up from them and requested a wake-up call early morning at 5:20am as I had to leave the hotel by 6am. The person at the front desk wrote my name and time in front of me on their sheet.

No wake up call was made and I luckily somehow myself woke up at 5:45am and was able to get out on time but it was a very dissatisfying experience to be rushed like that. Ruined my whole day ahead. I think while it s not the hotels fault I didn t bring my own charger cable, their hospitability was terrible, staff inexperienced, rude and clearly not capable of doing their job. Horrible experience for myself and would not recommend it for anyone else to stay here.

Worst experience. Why pay for services you never get. Should have slept in a 40$ Motel instead . Not a single open restaurant, although when we booked, breakfast was listed for 16$. Could not even get one cup of coffee in the morning. They did not give us access to the pool although it was listed as well. And the funny part is they have also charged us for parking, and tried to charge us for internet

The check in time was at 3 pm but my room was not ready until 4:30. It was crazy. The staffs were not helpful at all. The lobby was full of people waiting for checking in. Rude staffs.

We rented the king room at the oven points at Kingston. Good quality and good price, I highly recommend!

Had a very nice stay, beautiful clean room, comfortable bed, etc. Location is terrific, right at the History Museum, walkable to downtown in 20-30 minutes, and near some nice restaurants. One problem: the pool is only open from 9 AM to 9:30 PM! I had meetings which made it impossible to swim at all, which was disappointing. Otherwise a great stay, thanks!

They overcharged our credit card leaving us with limited funds!Will never stay there again.

Service is good, room is great, bed and sheets are great. Shower leaves something to be desired.

Great hotel with very convienient access to the Parliament and downtown Ottawa. No hot tub, but there is a pool.

The hotel is really good, rated 3/5. It was clean, the procedures put in place to curb the contagion were appropriate. The room I saw was spacious, with relatively new furnishings. Huge television screen turned right in front of the bed for cinema lovers ... Exterior doors locked and the hotel is only accessible to customers. The bed was comfortable and very large. Ideal location to be near the Gatineau center of the federal public service (Place du Portage), several restaurants and various pubs and bars providing nightlife in the area.

Heating system in the room very noisy, maintenance service does not always return bottles of water.

Great hotel, I always stay here while I travel to Gatineau for work. It's a good location, just across the bridge from Ottawa (less than $10 cab to Ottawa market area). It is a little pricey at times but overall really good hotel

This property is now managed by Marriott. Good business hotel to stay. When I stayed the prices were exorbitant.

Lunch at the restaurant was well prepared and decent value.

Room was nicely appointed. Lots of AC outlets available.

Great location. You can walk out to the museum park which has a great view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly, food is average. The room in general was fine.

Went to the Gatineau location for lunch as I was meeting my girlfriend who works next door.

Nice restaurant. Lunch menu was adequate.

However, $3.50 for a can of Coke is highway robery.

Parking was paid. Room was smaller than expected and poor insulation. Noises from the other room were clearly heard .

Decor is older and needs to be redone.

Not worth staying for the money spent

Disappointed. Floors filthy, bathtub plugged, swimming pool tiny. We just stayed at a Travelodge before and much preferred that! Why are we paying extra for this?

Excellent hotel for the price. If you re visiting parliament/downtown Ottawa it s a bit of a walk but cheap compared to the nearby hotels in Ottawa. Excellent experience :) Dinner was a bit expensive, but breakfast was a good deal. If you skip room service you can get coupons for the restaurant.

A nice clean hotel. I can't provide a thorough review, as I was only in the room briefly. But everything I experienced (check-in, check-out, parking, etc.) was good. Would recommend.
