Nice hotel comfortable bed, very clean. Have a good stay...

Old hotel that is nothing special. In addition to having paid parking, the rooms are ordinary with carpet. The shower seems to have been renovated and is modern and pleasant to use. In addition, the soap dispenser has soap without very good!

The staff were very friendly and the room was great

I was here 8 months ago and had a great stay, so when I came back I stayed again. Always a good visit here, had some towels missing when we got to our room, made a call, the staff is great here had towels in no time at all.

I will be back again.

Great service. We were stuck at the last day of our stay due to a snowstorm. They have been able to offer us quickly a room for an extra day. Very clean. Also have a little gym!

Great staff. They contacted my wife when I left my phone after checking out of the room. Have to pay $30 for a mini fridge, free WiFi, decent food at the restaurant.

Overall the rooms were nice and spacious, the only thing they could improve is the space in their gym. It's pretty cramped in there as soon as you get more than 2 people in there.

It s a 3 star, fairly clean, pool hours are not great but otherwise not a bad bang for the buck. Underground parking is for cars and small suv s only, 6 clearance.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, and warm atmosphere. The staff is responsive to their guest's needs and went out of their way to ensure that we had a positiveand enjoyable stay. I appreciated the phone call from the front desk shortly after we checked in asking if we were satisfied with our room and/or needed anything else from them.

Very good standard hotel with clean rooms and adjacent parking at an acceptable price for Canadian standards. It is a little bit far from the center of Ottawa (20 min walk) but with a taxi it is much more comfortable and cheap. Hotel restaurant valid for a dinner if you arrive late, because around all the premises close at 21.00

Very good service and responds perfectly to questions and expectations. The room is clean and warm. We had forgotten our phone charger and they found it for us.

It was OK. I'm not usually one to complain but the stores in the room had holes, the room was not well lit (personal preference), the tube of cream in the bathroom had already been used and was pretty much empty and one of the towel had a few dark hair on them. The lobby looks classy, so does the restaurant. Maybe we were just unlucky with the room we got.

Good location. Staff are friendly but beware that French is the first language here.

Hotel itself is great. Very little parking outside, makeshift underground parking is frankly dangerous.

We got to our hotel, our toilet didn t work, our bathroom was out of everything, our tv didn t work. Our neighbours were very loud all night, And then at 7 in the morning, they began construction on our side of the building, which we were not warned about. For the price per night, This stay was satisfactory to say the least. Probably won t be back.

Nice place, took advantage of the green option to not have room service and instead get some $5 coupons for the hotel.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel for business travel near Gatineau. Rooms were fairly clean, though there was a lot of dust under the furniture. Limited food options near by, but being directly across from the natural history museum was nice.

Nice hotel near Ottawa, the staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. We were a little surprised to find that lunch and parking was not included. We still had a nice stay, especially, we slept well.

Rooms,beds are very nice comfortable and staff very helpful with questions polite and have sense of humor which is more down to earth then other hotels where they have to act more as droids I find...

We had an international guest stay here for an extended business trip, visiting us at Place du Portage. It was pleasant and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a good choice.

Went to Sheraton for a conference. Their rooms are well lit, spacious and ideal for holding conferences, seminars, etc. The staff service is also very professional and efficient. Food was good and can cater to all dietary requirements. Lastly, the location of the hotel is extremely ideal. Just across the road from the Museum of Civilization and very well connected to Ottawa via public transit.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Museum of History. My room was located close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy at times. The room itself was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great amenities. The pool hours are very short. The breakfast is a buffet that you have to pay $15.50 for. Nothing close by for entertainment or food. Not very family friendly. For overnight business people only.

How was it: Conveniently located and well priced vs downtown Ottawa. We found our room to be quite noisy with the elevator being just beside. Also the sound proofing in the room is not the greatest since we could hear everyone walking in the hallway. We woke up early despite the fact we wanted/could sleep in and couldn't manage to go back to sleep.
The restaurant, well, let's not go there. Find a place to eat out.

The room was nice but found the breakfast staff rude

The hotel seemed slightly overpriced though decent and the location wasn't great either if you are visiting ottawa as uber doesn't really provide pickup service in Gatineau. Tip: Additionally some the travel accessories at the front desk are priced exorbitantly ( we paid more than $15-20 for a travel adaptor that costs less than $5-10 elsewhere.)

Nice conference centre building, but the layout of the building prevents easily going between conference rooms
