I've stayed at hotels over 1,000 nights, and I must admit, I'm picky. This hotel was not only in a great location, but the room was clean, modern, and newly updated. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed getting to sit at the bar, enjoy a glass of wine, do some work and enjoy a lovely dinner, as well as chat with the staff. Highly recommended by this travel enthusiast!!
Stayed there for 4 nights during a conference. Friendly staff, good service & comfortable beds. I enjoyed my one dinner at the restaurant, although the alcohol was way overpriced IMO ($11.25 for a pint of local beer), even for a 4-star hotel.
Great hotel and conference centre. Such a good location.
They are doing reno's and the crew started at 5:30 and woke me up dropping bricks into a metal dumpster outside.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, decent rates. Apparently the entire hotel was sold out so guessing it's quite a popular spot!
This hotel wasn't bad for a one night stay. The room was small but clean and well furnished, with a nice bright bathroom. The location was good. The outdoor parking lot can be a challenge in the evenings.
Pool closes super early. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

One of the best hotels I ve stayed at! Very cozy & chic atmosphere with a friendly staff. My room was spacious with a great view too. Best of all, I recommend dining at L Ardoise restaurant (on the lower level). They serve one of the BEST poutines I ve ever eaten, called L Ardoise Poutine . It has lamb sausage and caramelized sweet red onions. Just fantastic!

The Four Points is a favourite of my family's whenever we stay in Ottawa. The rooms are always in pristine condition and the staff are always available to help us if ever we need their help or assistance.
Nice place. The garage needs work. Disappointed about the limited pool hours.
Great location in gatineau. Rooms are comfy and updated. Pool could use some work.
The hotel room was very modern and our king room also had a couch and two ottomans and a desk and chair which was great. The furnishings looked new and the bathroom had a modern walk in shower. A nice little touch was a complimentary toiletry kit with mouthwash etc. And a full size hair dryer. The lobby is bright and modern with a lofted ceiling so it feels posh. The pool and fitness room were clean and in good condition however when we went it was overrun with children so it wasn't ideal for us. The location is pretty good and is within walking distance to restaurants in gatineau. You could walk to the market in Ottawa too but it would be a bit longer.
Overall a good stay.

Great hotel. Consider near to Parliament Hill as you need to walk across the bridge. The staff is professional and very helpful even I need a taxi to go to airport after I have checked out after for more than a day.
It is right across the street from the children's museum which is among the top attractions in Ottawa for families with toddlers. The room was well equipped with basic amenities, it was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Even early booking (almost 1 year before) did not help: room was behind lift, so sleep was out of the question. The air conditioning is ancient and should still bacteria from the 80s throw out. To make matters worse, this misere can not handle because the windows can not be opened. The pool is at its best, and even though it's 140cm deep, you can not swim without being overly guarded by a lifeguard.
Ok hotel, nothing more. The room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working well. In addition, the air exchanger made a hell of a din all night. In short, much better options are available at this price. Especially as the reputation and location near the federal offices helps to inflate the price of hotel rooms in an exaggerated manner. Go elsewhere.
Excellent service. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast: fresh fruits, great choice of good quality of hot dishes. There is definitely some improvement made compared to our previous visits. Great place, just in front of the National Museum!
Good location, services, pool but small gym therefore, the gym was open 24hrs.
Nice staff, underground parking, got a bigger room than was expecting for ~$90.
Only complaint is that my access card died on me twice.

It is a 3 star hotel. Everything is ok but not great. The bed is too soft for me. Worst part is there is no fridge.

It s clean, there s paid parking and a view of downtown Ottawa. The hotel is kinda vintage so don t expect fancy modern things. Value for money
The room was very clean and the staff was super curtious and helpful. This is our second time here and we've had a great experience both times. It's very close to the bridge into Ottawa and the museum of history is right across the street. Prices are cery reasonable too. We'll probably stay here every time we come to Gatineau or Ottawa.

Location of the hotel was great. It is about 2km to parliament hill and it is across the street from the Canadian museum of history. Also a 5min walk to mosaicanada (a special exhibit as part of the Canada 150 celebrations). Rooms were clean and in good shape. Pool was a saline pool and a decent size. Overall, pretty good value for our money in comparison to staying over the bridge in Ottawa. Very happy with this hotel.

Room over 24 degrees c. Two attempts to get it fix. Last time they tried they asked us to wait a few hours till it cools down. Never cooled down.
Hotel very well located. In front of the museum civilization and easy to cross on foot to Ottawa, comes directly by By Market and National Gallery. Room up to date. Good lunch. Less clean than before but still good. Staff ok.

I've found a bit of a disconnect with this property since the new management has taken over. We used to run a block of rooms here, but sales management was slow this year in getting back to us so we moved up the street. Hope to be back soon.
We never wanted to priceline ourselves, even with the reservation. ... obliged to find another hotel on a Saturday night at 22hrs

Great location. Rooms are modern. Only complaint is the washroom is on the smaller side (couldn't open the door fully as the toilet is in the way). Restaurant has good for and prices.

Avoid the restaurant!! Two negative experiences in two days, both involving the same bar tender/waitress. It honestly felt like she would have preferred if we ate elsewhere, extremely rude and unprofessional.
Older hotel, clean rooms and nice staff. Close to the parliament (other side of the river in Quebec). Didn't get to visit the museum across the street but overall close to everything.
Parking isn't free.
It needs a renovation.
