Recently stayed at the hotel. I had come in on work related trip and did not have a charger cable. Upon arrival at the hotel I asked my phone to be charged. The staff kept my phone and when I picked it up a little while later it was given back not charged at all. They acted quite surprised.

I left for dinner and came back to re-request the service to see if maybe a mistake had occurred. They told me they could not lend me a cable but could charge at the front desk which was alright with me. I gave them the phone and A few minutes after reaching my room I was called to be notified that their cable had broken and they had no way of charging my phone. I roll my eyes at that as it s a common iPhone charger and in all my experience with hotels it s not something they aren t capable of doing.

Fine however, no problem. I came downstairs to pick it up from them and requested a wake-up call early morning at 5:20am as I had to leave the hotel by 6am. The person at the front desk wrote my name and time in front of me on their sheet.

No wake up call was made and I luckily somehow myself woke up at 5:45am and was able to get out on time but it was a very dissatisfying experience to be rushed like that. Ruined my whole day ahead. I think while it s not the hotels fault I didn t bring my own charger cable, their hospitability was terrible, staff inexperienced, rude and clearly not capable of doing their job. Horrible experience for myself and would not recommend it for anyone else to stay here.
