Awful and I haven't even made it there yet. Had my father book me a room for a few days from now, which they put down the wrong departure date. After calling back to fix their error, they ended up charging me $50 more for the night than previously stated. The price listed online IS NOT CORRECT. Listed at $109/night+tax = ~$129. Ended up paying ~$170.00 for one night. So glad I get charged $50 for their mistake. Also the lady on the other end was rude to my father, who was only trying to help me out. Probably going to call and cancel and rebook with someone else.
