Was in town for the weekend from Ottawa for a convention with my 2 daughters. Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room was clean, lots of parking. However the reason for the 2 stars was that the wifi didn't work in our room. It was fine in the lobby but kept kicking us out or not registering a login at all. This was like this all weekend. My daughter ended up using all her data (she paid $30 extra to add it before we left). The staff attempted to have the tech company fix it but eventually had to open a repair ticket. Then they gave me the phone number and ticket number to call myself if it didn't come back. Talked a couple times to the tech company and still didn't work. The staff apologized for the issue but it was never resolved and we had to use data all weekend. And I shouldn't have to call myself to get the internet in my room fixed. With the Rogers outage most of the weekend we didn't have TV either. Not the hotels fault but we had no internet and no TV, so we were very unimpressed. I would not stay in this hotel again. No breakfast included but since we got the hotel on my husband's travel points, it wasn't a big deal.
