I called this company because I needed to find the right moment to attend their 3 day event. I was blown away with the service I received from their agent. He politely guided me through their different events locations, days and time. I was still undecided and he never felt bored or annoyed. He offered to send all the details in my email so I can take time, brush through it and then decide. That was so nice
