F&M sells the best tea! And their Earl Grey tea biscuits are great, too. It was a little busy but I can take a view because it's such a great experience.

Fantastic store. Very impressive range of high quality comestibles. But very crowded in the run up to Christmas
Fortnum & Mason exudes a certain charm as a reminder of how the English bourgeoisie used to live and dine. However, in the past we often found activities acceptable which we no longer find attractive such as, perhaps, hanging people and the slave trade.
A third example is foie gras. At one time, many people turned a blind eye to the cruel and heartless means by which foie gras is produced. Whist many people and companies realise that this cruelty is vile and unacceptable, Fortnum & Mason has yet to do so. Please, therefore, realise that if you chose to shop at this vestige of old England, you are supporting a company that contributes to the vile cruelty and suffering of the geese used in the production of foie gras.
It's your choice, but I won't be shopping there until Fortnum & Mason chooses to move into the 21st century and stops selling foie gras.
Always beautiful, this place is London! Must buy a musical biscuit tin!
Was eagerly anticipating our afternoon tea event, but was it was just disappointing. It was incredibly expensive for what it is. 4 kinds of sandwiches, 2 kinds of scones--dry and not warm at all, 5 little pastries /sweet concoction, a More
Fortun & Mason is a must see once in London. Upscale market perfect for any sort of present or shopping. Outstanding service and quality of any product sold. I strongly recommend it for tea and cookies - definitely the best you can get! It can be very busy during the weekends.
Absolutely AMAZING...brilliant staff ,beautiful place so much to see!
THE BEST PLACE IN LONDON. I have to admit I find it lovely because I do have some really good memories because of the times I ve been in the past with my grandparents and parents which I ve kept it always in my heart. But nowadays, it still is a reference for me and an obliged visit if in the city. Everything from the food department is amazing, specially cookies and tea... Love the jewelry and small selection of women clothes and accessories-they do have some amazing scarfs and handbags. There s also a small section but wonderful, for kids. And a very good selection for men, including a barber, very good perfume brands such as Penhaligons, etc. You have to go!
The tearoom is a little dated but quality of food and tea is superb. The cutlery and in particular the stands for the sandwiches and scones definitely need to be fixed because they are falling apart. You would expect to have decent stuff for the price you pay especially in such a prestigious venue. The shop downstairs is great the customer service is lovely and the halls for shopping are well decorated and well maintained. FYI you can have halal meat served in the tea rooms
Undeniably luxurious, but the disgusting cruelty of Foie Gras makes me feel compelled to boycott this place. There is no excuse for animal cruelty, especially for the selfish purpose of fashion or luxury dining. We live in a (mostly) civilised country, it s time to consider your business ethics and put an end to this sort of barbaric behaviour. Please stop buying/selling Foir Gras!
Simply spectacular. All of quality and not overly expensive
A great place for buying gifts, don't overlook the non-food items above the ground floor.
Unmissable !!! To buy you in super cute boxes. There are many varieties !!!
There are also cookies and preserves.
Traditional and luxury shop. Great for their window displays and high end gifts. Great for tourists and for buying gifts for difficult relatives.
Everything - top quality. Great for a turist and a normal customer who jist wants some tea or perfume. And the craftsmanship of teaware is simply astonishing. If you find yourself around Picadily with a moment to spare - drop by and you'll not regret it.
The best brit branch in London. Top class food, sweets and drinks!
After hearing that the afternoon tea set on the upstairs was expensive and not expensive, I ate the afternoon tea set in the cafe on the first floor. Actually, the taste of food was not really my style, but the server was so friendly that I tipped the change.
The items to be shopping are missing and filling speed is very fast, and there are many people, so it is insane.
The first floor has tea and chocolate, and the second floor has tea set, so don't forget to look around.
Tea and cake... Not quite all you can eat but they do offer some more and a carry out bag and we were stuffed. Climbing up to the tea rooms, through the shop, is a delight in itself. A lovely afternoon spent undertaking this very English tradition in just elegant surroundings.
Most incredible shop staff where absolutely amazing very Knowledgeable educational such a divine experience big thank to Jackie on perfumes amazing lady all our love x sheryl and Phil
A space that is completely fraudulent ...
The atmosphere is so good and there are so many kinds of accidents
Gorgeous store! So many options for so many things!
The best of the best! From your stained glass windows to your tees!
Does not accept Scottish tenners. It s overwhelmingly too posh.
I love this department store ..... And I think Fortnum & Mason have the best tea ....
This is one of the best place to buy tea, cakes, chocolate and wines. They offered everything in a very well presented and good tasted. Staffs are so nice as well
I have a lot of things to buy ... haha I need to add some luggage
If traveler drop by, you should have extra baggage charge. Lol
Like a Dreams comes true, spent a day like in a Disney princess. Lovely place
Been here umpteenth times.
Every year, whenever I m in London, I have to drop by F&M.
My fav sections are their chocolates and tea! The little book chocolates are my favourite plus their spoilt for choice aromatic tea!
Head downstairs for their wines, meat and seafood sections. Again, a wonderful selection.
I must say, imo, their house port (LBV) is superb.
An absolute experience. Go for the tea - it's posh but completely affordable at a few pounds a box. From there, the sky is the limit. They have everything you can think of on their many floors. Don't miss the basement - fun to walk around and browse all of the fresh foods.
Jaw-droppingly spectacular! I was overwhelmed by the rich colors and delicious treats found at every inch of the store. I had been told it was a must see but didn t fully understand until inside. I wanted to eat everything in sight and found myself salivating the whole time! If you are nearby or interested, drop in. Enjoy ALL the sights and smells and ensure you take some treats home with you. The afternoon tea is superb too. If I were you, I d plan for a second trip as once you taste treats you will be hooked and want to come back to stock up and expand your taste.
New restaurants service is VERY poor. Asked to look around and was dismissed with a rude grin by the manager.
The royal grocer - impressive range of teas for sale. High tea at their Tea Salon is a must. Visit their deli downstairs where they have excellent ready-made quality food. Although famous for their food items they also sell beauty products, clothing, accessories, and homeware.
It's a huge store that's a tea store and a department store and a grocery store. Most of the employees were rude and not helpful though.
What a fantastic store to visit while in London, multiple levels to this gorgeous store with a huge array of luxury items from tea and biscuits to luxury men's and women's apparel and accessories.
I truly enjoyed exploring this beautiful store, it is pricey but great place for delicious souvenirs!
Definitely will visit again on my next trip.
Incredible tea, cookies and pastry shop. If you enjoy tea this could be the tea lovers heaven, you have there thousands of teas and even you can smell all of them.
For sweets lovers, there is an smaller place just right at the entrance where you can find lot of chocolates, truffles and cupcakes.
One of the chocolate pastry beside the cupcakes was the best option we tried, we mixed several of them.
Is quite expensive, don t expect cheap deals here, just go for quality goods.
As reputable company you should immediately stop the sale of foie gras. It is morally wrong and unacceptable in any civilized society or any company with high morals. The birds suffer unimaginable suffering for the sake of human vanity.
It is very cute !!!!!
Attention is Excellent !!!!
If you can bare with the crowds of people in the food section, why not venture upstairs where the treasures are. I rarely browse this place, I'm more of a ok I need to buy this and that, in and out and for me to visit their perfumery department without a clue of what perfumes to buy. This is where Fortnum and Mason's comes to life the lady had so much patience and knowledge of the products. That is the hallmarks of exceptional service.
Had a wonderful time and gift wiv Virginia. Excellent waiter Jose would reccomend
Quiet due to Covid, which selfishly means its a great time to visit. Lovely as always, constant cleaning taking place and not as pricey as you may think. Visit now!!
The paradise for lovers of tea and English style! elegant historic shop offering an infinite range of teas, herbal teas, honey, jams and refined tea services. With attention to detail, you can't go out without buying something! I love it! !
High end shop with luxury products, bit also to Good prices, well worth a visit if you got the time..
Everything you wanted ... a world of toys for gourmands.
Lovely shop, but like pigeons fighting over bread in Trafalgar square, this time of year
at this moment in time, fortnum and mason is to me a disgusting, vile company lacking moral fibre. how can they possibly sell foie gras when the poor geese killed for it have suffered so much? tubes are forced down their delicate necks and they are force fed several times daily so that their liver expands to grotesque sizes. the geese are kept in cages so small they cannot move, and are under so much stress they will pull out their own feathers, and die from the terrifying ordeal they are put through from birth. that is NO way for any human to treat any other living, feeling being. and geese are such gorgeous, gentle creatures. myself, my family, and my friends shall certainly not be buying from this store until they rid the shelves of this torture-in-a-can, and i am encouraging everyone else in the world to do the same. make a difference -- say no to cruelty!
It is a beautiful warehouse with several floors and a tea room on the top floor very beautiful!
Excellent store. Many varities of good teas and accompaniments.
So it's a bit expensive but it has good sweets and chocolates.
The authentic British afternoon tea that you must experience in London. Tea products can be replaced and consumed according to your preferences. Dim sums can also be renewed indefinitely. The atmosphere and service are very good. There are various types of tea and snacks and other special products sold throughout the building.
Lovely shop. Simaler lay out to harrows.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of goodies to browse food, wines, Christmas deals
The atmosphere of the gallery in the cafe is good.
However, the taste of black tea is below expectations. If China's Yunnan tea is 100, the tea here is mediocre. A better level than a luxury tea bag.
The clotted cream that comes with the Duo scone is very fresh.
Best place to get your certificated things it is brilliant for caviar and vintage champagne
Very nice and organized store. The items are mostly exclusive and expensive, and of high quality. I really liked the big variety of tea with description of each type.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Everything in this store is elegant.
I also tried the restaurant in the main floor (I think there are 3 restaurants/cafes in the store), which was ok.
I went there for afternoon tea with family . The service was amazing the venue was amazing . Our waiter for the afternoon explained everything to us about the menu choices and also the tea choices. It was a wonderful afternoon and the sandwiches scones and cakes were fantastic. Well worth a visit .
Fine luxury shopping at its best. The best gifts in London if you like biscuits and tea. Brought so much home and they shop at a very low cost for how heavy everything weighs.
Very crowded, can be overwhelming. Delicious tea, and lovely tea accessories.
Tea shop, cookies, coffees, etc ... typical English, very beautiful and elegant. Ideal to buy a gift.
Very targeted product palette, price accordingly, to be seen ...
Went in at xmas was lovely. Nice for a browse. I didn t have any money so left quietly.
