This is definitely paradise for shoppoholics! Get your suitcases ready for all kinds of biscuts, jams, mustards, teas, coffees, chocolates and anything you can think of! One stop shop for all the souvenirs you need to bring home! Beautiful packaging and actually yummy treats!

High Tea in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon was superb. Great range of teas (try as many as you like) and a lovely spread of sweets, and scones (also as much as you want). The savoury starters were delicious. The lobster omelette or the scallops are my recommendation.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Service is excellent. Lovely choice for a birthday lunch/Mother s Day treat, or just an upmarket afternoon catch up with friends.

A most visit of you love any kind of tea or coffee. The all type of teas that you can think about. At the upper floor you can find a very good selection of accessories with some unique Brith stuff. It get really crowded during weekend hence it s recommended to visit during weekdays to have more relaxing experience:

First just stop and look at the outside of the store, a beautiful building situated in Piccadilly. Look up and see the wonderful clock, if you are lucky to see it strike on the hour you can watch the models of Mr Fortnum & Mr Mason bow to each other. Once inside the store be ready to be amazed by the food hall, vast selection of tea s and high quality foods. Each floor is merchandised with superb quality products.

One of the most beautiful stores in London. A special place to buy tea and chocolates. On the basement floor you can buy cooked food (lots of variety) perfect for a picnic in Green Park!

Had the most fabulous surprise Afternoon Tea here courtesy of my darling wife. Just enjoyed a Traditional Afternoon Tea with sandwiches scones and cakes with Earl Grey Tea pg and a bottle of English Sparkling all served by Jan. Very beautiful dream like shop with everything that you can imagine and cannot imagine in and around tea. Beautyful musical cookie tins, silver tea ware, beautyful ceramic, collectibles, wines. Worth a visit if you are in London. The staff like the rest of London is very very courteous.

Fortnum and Mason's high tea came recommended by a few friends who have lived in and visited London as the best in the city. It exceeds those rave reviews! Upon entering the 4th floor tea room, a pianist was playing and we were seated promptly. We ordered two high teas and one afternoon tea to sample the sandwiches. Our waitress was lovely and sweet. We sampled some of the rare teas which were divine! The desserts and biscuits are free flowing so if you find one you like, you can try another. Be warned, the biscuits (with amazing clotted cream and strawberry jam) are filling! Would recommend this place as a treat to anyone visiting London or who wants to treat a friend or family member for an afternoon out.

Everyone who is in London should take a look here. The products are barely affordable for the normal mortal, but the selection is impressive. The old building brings you back to the 1920s

A dream of elegance in English, a paradise for tea and delicacies, refined products, a lot of attention from tourists and Londoners alike ... even on weekdays ....

Ordered a hamper online to be delivered for Xmas. There was a problem with the delivery. (Not Fortnums fault) however did need to call them to sort it out. On hold for 32 minutes before I hung up. Not sure what's happening. Tried contacting the courier myself. Fingers crossed. I know it can be busy but hold message doesn't give any indication of how long you are going to be waiting. Courier did deliver on Sunday so gift arrived before Christmas. Fortnums refunded delivery charge so all sorted to everyone's satisfaction in the end.

I'm not the tea drinker now but they always have very lovingly designed shop windows. In the shop itself there is tea and biscuits.

Went in to buy tea... From their huge selection. We were served by Zayne who was knowledgeable and helpful and a huge asset to the F&M team.

Quality tea, chocolate and sweets, Best choice for presents!
It's way better than Harrods.
The high tea there is the second choice after the Ritz.
Close to the theatre area and China Town.
It is good to sit down and have a tea after tiring walks.

Posh traditional shopping established in 1707, nice alternative to Harrods but quite smaller.

The most luxury of luxury, visit here as a tourist to buy tea, or visit here as a millionaire to buy your grocieries (or have your butler do it). F&M is well known in the UK as the grocers to the Queen and Prince of Wales, holding the royal seals of appointment in high regard. If you care about this you're likely to want to shop here, if you don't you might be seen outside on the occasional political protests targeting it and the luxury merchants nearby. Stick around for the hourly show outside from the cuckoo-clock-on-steroids.

The place where you can find afternoon tea on the 4th floor is a place that is hard to experience.

Absolutely love this shop..a treasure trove of everything you want

I tried the vegan afternoon tea at the Jubilee Tea Room for the second time. There has been a huge improvement compared to the first time I tried it. Thank you F&M! The scones were delicious and very similar to what I remember regular scones taste like. I enjoyed the finger sandwiches and little cakes as well. Maybe next time there will be a savoury option for the high tea?
Service was lovely with attentive personnel and the atmosphere cosy and relaxing even though the tearoom was quitebusy. Lovely christmas decorations make this a perfect outing during the buildup to christmas.

This place is quite nice. Good location, good "architecture" inside. But I found the quality of the service too low for the price : I had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table (even though 3 were available) and never got any smile from the waiter...

If you like ice cream, and most of us do, you should definitely make at least one visit to the ice cream parlour. It's busy, but worth the wait for a table, and to help the wait pass, you get mini taster cones to whet your appetite.

We went there for a High Tea experience which was mentioned to us as one of the best. Unfortunately, our experience is that it's one of the most expensive but quality wise not impressive at all. Amongst all the deserts served, which are all pretty, only 2 types were good enough for a place like that, other just barely acceptable and some are not even tasty; scones are good, teas and marmalade too. We did not try sandwiches but chosen a hot dish instead which was tremendously small - it's impossible to eat so much sweets to justify the price of 57-50GBP per person. Total - 150GBP, nausea and we went home to eat normal good food. I wouldn't recommend.

Fortnums is my favourite place to visit when I'm in a funk. I love going into the food hall and then going up to the Christmas shop. It always works! The Turkish delight is out of this world!

Very lovely shop with several floors each with different departments on each. Upmarket and expensive, but appears to be a tourist attraction none the less. I might add however, that it may potentially be a little overpriced and over-commercialised

The oldest tea shop in all of London, year 1707. Beautiful, well-stocked and dear ... so dear. However, it is worth an exploratory visit, a bit like Harrods, if only to admire the palace and the beautiful packaging of the products.

Must see for the fans of tea and grandeur. Prices are not cheap but visiting is worth the experience.

The most delicious meal I've had in a long time, the portions however were very small and this place is quite pricey but worth it .
The service was impeccable, the surroundings beautiful and as I said the food was delicious.

I felt like I stepped back in time . The store was beautifully decorated for the holidays and it reminded me of traditions from long ago.
