Ridiculously expensive and very snooty staff. I did get a kick out of the Harry Potter lookalike though, so real he felt like a caricature.

The mens range is rather limited - only focuses on accessories and small leather goods. The shaving accessories will make an excellent high end gift for anyone though.

Good stop for exclusively British brands.

One the must visit places in London, Fortnum's is one of the Queen's favourite places to go too!

An excellent place to go for a diving afternoon high tea experience. Perfect as a Mother's Day gift. This is usually on the top floor, where you will be served exquisite sandwiches, delicious cakes and scones, with fresh cream and jam, and excellent tea!

The main floor is a great place to pick up the many teas that they have on selection. You can also get jams, honey, cakes and sweets here.

The bottom floor is the food shopping floor, where you can get meats, cheeses, wines, vegetables, whatever you fancy. They have a wonderful Ice Cream Parlour on the 3rd floor which is great for kids!

Had afternoon tea in the Diamond Jubilee Lounge and the service let it down. Food was okay but not spectacular and the product offerings across the rest of the store was not as good as expected.

For window shopping this store is a haven for gift ideas.

The gifts I have received from here are chocolate truffles and champagne. The chocolates are like Belgian chocolates and the champagne is mellow with that subtle sparkly mix.

I haven't been here since my Sixth form days but it may still have that early department store feel where wooden doors separate each floor from the fire exits.

A genteel environment. Excellent customer service. Fabulous selection of luxuries. Superb restaurants. The best ice cream bar. If you want a bit of authentic posh - get yourself to the fabulous Fortnum & Mason. Everyone is treated like Royalty.

It had a lively atmosphere and the staff were pleasant but the food was average. Glad I went but will not be returning. There are a lot nicer places to go to for afternoon tea in Lo don for that price

Simply delightful! How many department stores outfit their staff in tux and tails? The definition of class! Beautiful store, impeccable displays! Wish I could fit one of their marvelous hampers in my carry-on! I purchased teas, honey, and beautiful signature blue tins of their Florentines to take home as gifts for all my friends and relatives.

Department stores ... located on various surfaces, very refined and well-kept environments. You can find everything from the gastronomic area with delicacies from all over Europe and beyond. To a sector dedicated to the sale of coffee, tea and chocolate. There is a florist and a sector that sells very refined objects and furnishings of porcelain and so on. Clothing with prestigious brands and a wonderful perfumery ... what never seen!

Had high tea at the diamond tea salon. The sandwiches were dry and desserts were stale. It was a shame because my mum, who was visiting from Australia, was very excited. I complained and they gave me a refund which is good. Would not go back.

Always a highlight, it s a real pleasure to shop there, and they have lovely packaging so it s a great place to buy chocolate, jam, tea etc as presents.
Also rather good stationery selection, advent calendars are always excellent, and The Parlour s ice cream is great too.
The food hall is definitely on the expensive side but has a really good selection and some quite niche products, so it s worth going for a treat.
