WiFi has a $15 a day standard WiFi.

Facility is nice overall but the drinks at the pool for a beer are $15 a piece. Buy some beer at the store. $20 for a cocktails damn.

It s is in the beach which is nice

Great resort hotel for family & friends. We stayed here in February and while the outside temps were a bit cool, especially at night, the setting is wonderful with easy access to the beach and ocean.

Great pool and activities for the kids. Like any popular resort with a pool, getting chaise lounge chairs together takes an early riser or some luck.

I've never stayed here in the rooms but the breakfast buffet was over-the-top every time I ate there, which was at least once a month for over a year and a half. Its been awhile since I've been there, need to make it back.

I live local and was there for a conference. Patty your front desk agent was outstanding, professional, and demonstrates what Marriott is all about. She went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.
She is a tremendous asset to your establishment. I am a GM for Marriott ...kudos to Patty. The rest of the team were pleasant and hotel very neat and clean.
Thank you all,
Hope

Bartender Irwin at the 3030 restaurant is phenomenal! Makes the best drinks and makes you feel so welcome! Even if you're not staying at the Marriott I would recommend coming for a drink/dinner. You won't be disappointed.
Also Tania at the spa was spectacular!

Great place for a family vacation. I would give 5 stars but the pillows are some of the worst. When you put your head on the pillow they are so soft your head almost touches the matress below. We requested another kind of pillow and what they brought was not any better. A bad nights sleep can ruin the next day.

Staff has all been very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent, and the hotel has a wide variety of amenities like snorkeling, jet ski rental, business center, etc. Rooms are furnished well. Food and drinks have been very good, although over-priced.

We booked a room here for a couple nights right af...

We booked a room here for a couple nights right after our wedding for a mini honeymoon. Unfortunately, our day of travel was a bit hectic, as we missed our original flight. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale 7 hours later than we had originally planned, and went straight to the hotel to check in. When we were checking in, there were issues with payment as our friend had payed with her Marriott card. The people at the front desk said we hadn't paid and that we needed to have the card on hand to pay for the room. We had no issue with paying for the room on our card, and sorting our finances out with our friend. A few minutes later the desk employee said "well, if your friend wants to fill out this form and email it to us, she can pay with her card". Great, would have been helpful to get that information to begin with, but okay, fine. We had them email her the form and the payment seemed to be sorted. Next, I specifically asked "we have an ocean view room, correct?" Front desk said, "yes, you have an ocean view room with a balcony." Great! A little bit of trouble, but everything worked out. We went upstairs to our room... not ocean view. Nice view of the drop off downstairs and the neighboring buildings. We went back down to the lobby, this time waiting specifically to speak with the desk manager, Daniel. We were frustrated, the check in process had already taken half an hour, there were already so many issues, and now we've had to come back. I explained to Daniel that we had requested an Ocean View room, and his employee confirmed, and that the room we were given was NOT ocean view. My husband also explained our frustrations. Daniel stood there and just looked at us, with no response. He then opens his mouth and says "oh, I was just waiting for you to finish." very rude. We apologized for our frustration and explained how our day had gone, and that we were on our honeymoon. He pulls up our reservation, turns out our friend had messed up and reserved us an "inter coastal view" (somewhat confusing, but okay, our mistake). Daniel did get us an ocean view room for our 2 night stay, and we were very grateful. My husband went to shake Daniel's hand, and Daniel rudely would not make amends with my husband. He then proceeded to say "I don't want to give you a lecture, but I'm going to. Honey will get you farther in life than vinegar." ..... We went up to our room, where I proceeded to cry for an hour from the totally awful experience with the front desk. I could not get over how incredibly rude Daniel had been with us. He had no customer service abilities, and he was the DESK MANAGER. We avoided the lobby for the rest of the trip, just so that we wouldn't have to see him again.
My friend spent countless hours on the phone with the hotel trying to sort out the payment issues, and she said most of the people she spoke with from the actual hotel were rude to her. She ended up sorting everything out with the 1800 number.

The hotel itself is nice, but I wouldn't stay there again. Not much close by, basically you're at the pool or the beach by the hotel. The outside bar was lovely, and the rest of the staff during our stay were pleasant and friendly (especially the ladies from the gift shop). WiFi was not included. Overall, Daniel left a very sour taste in our mouths. Giving the hotel 3 stars overall.

Beautiful hotel and gorgeous pool and beachfront, but very isolated from shops and places to eat. There are multiple restaurants on site, but their hours are limited and the prices high. It's about one mile walk to the nearest non-Marriott restaurant.

It was the nicest resort we have stayed at in all of Florida. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well cared for as were the rooms. The best part was the pool and the Sea Level bar. The drinks and food were amazing. I couldn't say enough great thing about the bartenders Ashlee, Deena, Junior, and Kieth. They made out trip a awesome experience. we will definitely be going back.

Worse experience with their security department. We stay this hotel for whole week. We did not have cleaning service in 4 days (we are here for the trade show). Two hotel staffs one day without any notification or call , they show up at my room door and keep knocking the door ( I was sleeping at the time), then suddenly they open my door by themselves! It is so rude service I have never had! Then I push the door back and locked the door, and trying to call the front desk to report someone is trying to break into my room. When I reach the phone and at the same time, the front desk called - saying their security staffs is at my room door for security purpose ask me to open the door for them. When I open the door the security guy , Jimmy is super rude saying you see me open the door why you locked the door? I was like hey you are the one I don't know and trying to break into my room! It is a worse experience ever! I am very disappointed with Marriott's Standard for this kind of Quality of Service.

Pleasantly Surprised! I arrived on Memorial Day and was shocked I had entered a spring break atomosphere. I hated it! The next day everything returned to normal and the resort was not packed! (yay). The staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Grace who sent me 4 cupcakes, on the house, for my birthday and shout out to Richard (not Richardo, who need to brush up on his people skills) at the restaurant for excellent service. I was not impressed with the desk staff at the spa. I also thought the spa was overpriced. The rooms were average but with a beach view that didn't matter. I was rarely in my room. The food was excellent. The concierge was helpful. Staff in general was helpful and upbeat and welcomed me. I had an ocean front room at a reasonable price. I was supposed to stay in South Beach and was diverted here. It was pleasantly a great time.

A hidden gem away from the crowds. A couple of minutes from Las Olas for dining & nightlife. Great for family getaways & very kid friendly. Great amenities. Sea - Level food by the pool amazing but overpriced. Full Starbuck @ the lobby.

Went there for my cousin's retirement party. The venue was nice and the people who serviced us were very kind. The public restrooms were exceptional. The only downfall was the smell of the ocean breeze. It smelt polluted and contaminated. The freshness of the ocean was absolutely compromised. Otherwise, the visit was pleasant.

I ve been here twice now. The first time was fine. Second time I ve had to wait a wile for a room. Not really their fault but don t assume your room will be ready before 4.

Had my fries dumped on me at the pool. The food delivery guy was carrying 6 or 7 trays, asked me to take off the bottom one, the top one started to fall and I got my fries delivered right in my lap. He left without saying a word. I ve learned to double up on drinks with the pool service as it will be a while before they come back. Bottom line, pool is understaffed and service suffers. Insider tip, go to the bar at the restaurant there and get your own drinks.

Rooms are clean enough. They are weird about their pool towels. You get two towel cards that threaten you with stiff fines for not returning said cards.

The main dinner restaurant is good. Note the items on the three course dinner are also a-la-cart.

Overall, a safe place, but needs some work. I will def check out a different spot the next time I m in town.

Great location and a very nice hotel. Was here for a conference. Very nice pool area and easy beach access. The meeting space was Just OK. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and kind. One bonus was the smoothie shop on the lower level, I wish more hotels had healthy options like this onsite. I would stay here again.

The building was under renovation so it was loud and messy. My room smelled musty and the mini fridge didn't work properly. My friend got a beer at one of the restaurants. It was $7 served in a 6 oz. plastic cup! It was domestic, btw. I would have given 1 star, but the staff was great and the fitness center was better than some full service gyms.

I loveeee this hotel I've stayed like 5 times and every time my stay has been amazing. It just feels so homey i love the fact that you can just chill downstairs without anyone complaining. Also the rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing. One of the times i stayed at room 1065 that room has theeee best view ever it has beach and pool view and a view of almost the whole hotel. The pool is amazing and big and i love it soo much. Also the private beach is also great with many fun games to play. The first time i stayed there was for my birthday and my friends slept over and we rented a little pavilion for the day and it was so fun and awesome it was definitely the best birthday i have ever had. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. Also i know this is weird but the hotelll smells sooo good like i love it soo much. The hotel also offers free cookies and lemonade at 2:30 by the pool and they are soo good. The food from the resturant sea level is also amazing and they offer all types of food. One last thing is that there is a really pretty lounging area outside with fireplaces and you can stay out there chilling until whatever time and its great. Overall this hotel is amazing and i can go on and on about how much i love it I'm sure everyone will enjoy their stay:)

Attended a conference at the Marriott Harbor Beach. Great location by the beach. Conference facilities were real nice. There are a couple restaurants on site, they were very busy because of the conference so was not able to try them. would definitely recommend this property.

If you want to have your wedding at the perfect venue, this is the place. From the beginning of the planning through the end of the wedding night, the event staff at the hotel treat you like royalty. I honestly could go on and on about what an amazing experience it was. My wife, myself, our parents, our family, and all of our guests will remember this perfect wedding forever!

The hotel is very beautiful, amenities are very nice, as well as the gym. I was there in June, and during my stay there was a lot of rain, so I checked out two days early. When I call the hotel for assistance because they charged my credit card for two days I did not stay at the hotel, was was treated rudely, placed on hold forever, manager never cam to the phone and no one in accounting picked up the phone or called me back. Now calling Marriott customer support to get this resolved. Nice resort, customer service at the hotel is lacking. Have stayed there many times over the years both for business and pleasure, doubt I will return because of this.
