They are reliable. But, they need to have front desk staff who have been taught to listen to customers properly before guiding them or disguising them.

The person who(Vijay Raut) guide me to replace my adaptor is very helpful and generous. He helped me to replace my charger from Gujart where the showroom is in Pune. This makes a really good example if you want to serve your customer satisfactory. Thanks to DCC and specially to person Vijay Raut who made it possible.

Visited this place to buy new laptop on recommendation of my friend. Deals are not that great as the price they were offering was way higher that what croma was offering. Also many of the models were not available. Anyhow their repairing services are good and quick.

Gave multiple products for repair. Gave mainboard twice. 2 x smps. 2 x gpu.
Everytime they tell me item is not repairable. I send it to Mumbai at lamington road via courier, It gets repaired. Maybe they dont have the capability to repair products. Maybe only simple fault resolving.

Repaired my creative speakers here. Creative has its service centre in Pune but it provides only replacement for speakers in warranty and they suggested me data care. Data care people were really helpful. They informed me about the problem in detail and repaired them in due time. Really nice experience.

It was a very good experience. The service was quick, efficient and responsive. The issues with my laptop were clearly explained. I felt that I could trust your staff. The cost was also reasonable.

I have purchased asus Vivobook from DCC Retails. Sandeep is a sales person who gave me detailed comparison between different models which helped me to clear my hesitance. DCC technical team then configure initial setup immediately. I strongly recommend to purchase Electronic items from DCC.

Very worst service and response. I have given my hard disk for repairing and i was told i will get it in 5 days. It almost 2 months now and i still don't have feedback about it. I will not recommend this supplier to anyone anymore.
