clean accomodations. Very helpful staff. Room was missing microwave, but apparently none of the rooms have them. Asked for a mini fridge and one was delivered. asked for a sharps container, first day was told not allowed to have one in the room and to call loss prevention for needle disposal, second day they gave me a container. Restaurants on premises had good food but pricey, many good options for reasonable priced food a short walk up the beach.

Visited the Spa and Sea Level. The bartenders were great and very enjoyable. My arrival was greeted by a gentleman named Bill in valet. He was very professional and courteous. The entire experience at the front drive was so enthusiastic I could see that it was going to be a great hotel to visit. The spa was beautiful and the therapists were professional. I will definately return to visit soon. When I departed I was amazed to see the valet again who remembered my name and assisted me in every way. I do not normaly receive such great service from a parking service but they really shined at the Marriott.

I have never been to a resort and found two huge cockroaches in my room. I came home and unpacked, found a spider in my bag. The room service was great but nothing can make your stay comfortable after you find bugs in your room. I had to call and get my Resort credit worked out, if I hadn't of called I would of never recieved it. I will never come back here when I travel. The pool and beach is nice, but my room being clean is the biggest to me.

4 star hotel? $500 night? Not hardly!!! We didn t pay for our stay and never would pay that much for this place. The location and outdoor spaces are great...right on the beach. Room? Bad, bad, bad... desperately needs to be upgraded. Bathroom sink didn t drain, scuff marks and dings in walls.

The resort was fantastic. The rooms were nice and had a great view. The only issue was that our room seemed to be situated next to the laundry, which we heard all night long. Still, it was a nice place.

Hated the sliding barn door...it was off track, too difficult for 2 people using washroom and closet at the same time. Our room was not cleaned our first night there; house keeping called due to spill/broken glass...they never arrived, then when we asked for a broom from housekeeping staff working nearby; attendant was unpleasant as if we were bothering her. My room key didnt work and went to get key reactivated and front desk asked for ID...which i left at another area of hotel. Had to go to room; wake up my roommate and get my ID. When i got a new card, it still didnt work and i had to go back downstairs again..all while wearing 3 1/2" heels late at night! For the $$ charged at this hotel; I expected way more!!!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for anyone trying to have a nice relaxing get away or planning on hosting any events here. The beaches are dirty and dangerous, and the hotel does not care about the health of its guests. It is very expensive and you will NOT get your money's worth.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding being held at the hotel over New Years. My biggest concern is how unsanitary and unkept the premises and the beaches are. Unfortunately, during my stay here, I happened to step on a dirty, used SYRINGE right at the entrance of the beach from the hotel. The syringe went into the sole of my food deep enough that I had to sit down to pull it out. Not only that, but it looked like it had been there for weeks. There were forks, straws, plastic knives, cans, pens, plates, etc. scattered throughout the beach. It looks like the beaches haven't been cleaned in a long time.

What was supposed to be a celebratory weekend became 2 days of constant stress with everyone worried about walking barefoot anywhere. The bride felt terrible about what had happened, which is the last thing someone in her position should be worrying about, especially after how much they invested on the event.

I had to spend a large part of my New Years vacation at a clinic undergoing a tetanus booster shot and blood tests to ensure that I did not contract anything from the syringe. To make matters worse, the hotel did nothing to ensure that I was okay or to make the rest of my stay any better. Instead they just called me at 8 AM on a Sunday and brushed it off.

The beaches are absolutely disgusting and the service and concern for their guests is laughable. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

We had such a great time here! The whole staff really made it an enjoyable experience but especially Lonny at the front desk (so professional and personable) and Edward (always on top of serving us by the pool)! Couldn't have asked for a better week stay!!

I had the worst experience here for a week stay and do not recommend this place to anyone.

1) The rooms are not clean. I was afraid to put my 9month old down on the floor in the room. Dirt, filth, scummy fingerprints. They do not clean the rooms daily. They act like they do but they don t. It s pretty appalling at the level.

2) we have ate at the hotel in different restaurants and at the pool. Riva was by far the worst. My food was inedible and so was my husbands.

3) pool service was fine and the people were nice but we ordered two mojitos and it was sugar water. They forgot to put the booze in it.

4) front staff is beyond rude and condescending. We needed an room extra key and my husband was the only name on the account. Despite giving her my ID with the same last name, same mailing address, I have the same credit card, I could verify every detail on the account she refused. She was rude. It s okay for me to sign and charge to my room with my husband being the only name but I can t get in my room. They will take every penny from you but if you need something they are not accommodating.

Go somewhere else. Do not stay here. In addition to your room price you pay an extra 60 bucks a day for a resort fee and parking. Not worth it. We will never be back and do not recommend.

Very well kept property. Access to beach is extraordinary compared to many properties in the area. Beach is also very nice. Room was clean and well appointed. Shower only, no tub as many new and renovated properties are going these days, Euro style they call it. On site restaurants need a refresher though. Very surprising there is no fast casual option right on the beach. Sea Level is like a generic Applebee's, very uninspiring. Need something like Chipolte or Panera Bread to take it's place in my opinion. Well worth the money overall for a quick getaway in South Florida. About $12 Uber to the airport. Lots of places to go within 10 minutes drive. We did not walk anywhere but that's possible to do.

It's a nice place and I had no issues with the room or general conditions of the amenities except the towels. For such an expensive resort, the towels were older, thin and scratchy. The location is a little isolated so restaurants on location are pricey. It's not convenient to find close offsite restaurants without walking quite a ways or taking an uber.
The beach and pool are very nice. They encourage the daily resort fee and it feels like they nickel and dime you if you don't get the resort fee. For a conference, I couldn't use most offerings with the daily fee. They charged pool towel usage if you didn't opt in for the resort fee. These towels were the same old, thin, scratchy ones so not worth the fee. They "give" you one or two complimentary pool towel cards and threaten to charge you 25 per flimsy paper card if you don't use/return them. Maybe stamp an expiration date so I don't have to make sure they don't get lost somewhere.

The customer service was phenomenal, Cory working at the front desk remedied a mistake made at another Marriott and helped make our stay more enjoyable. Dana, one of the bartender's, was super hospitable and made delicious drinks. The hotel itself smelled like lemons from the moment we walked in, as of someone had just cleaned. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The views from the hotel were gorgeous.

For the sake of pricing and particularly addressing the establishment NOT those who work at this hotel and gave great service:
- That being said -
Find another hotel until this facility addresses the obvious water breaches and signifies that the stay is worth your investment: e.g. in stairways, on the elevator, and the damage you can still see cascading down the walls in some of the rooms. These aren t minuscule drips and drops, these are puddles in places where they shouldn t be. Oh, and 2AM false fire alarm evacuations (that I m not specifically associating with water damage)- Which, I understand are for my safety and I will say the staff handled the situation wonderfully, but - if not by fire, I ll slip upon decent to safety in their stairwells and fall into what will be, yet still, my untimely demise. I do recognize that this review may be a bit petty; but, I must now find some way to justify spending $29 dollars on a breakfast buffet when I can go elsewhere - sleep through the night without being traumatized - avoid indoor water activities - and spend less . Go elsewhere, for now.

Front desk staff of spa are rude and not willing to help (Pierre). Not polite or courteous, both on phone and in person
I called several times because there was traffic and they were rude on phone and then in person when I paid. The massage therapist, Linda, was lovely and the staff once inside were helpful and accommodating. The resort is beautiful and I would love to come back since everyone outside was so friendly. Had lunch outside and the bartenders were amazing, Keith and Brittney, very efficient and polite.
