I have started frequently going to Foothills every Monday and this particular Monday I ordered a half Cesar salad and the special 14oz ribeye covered with bleu cheese and bacon garlic butter paired with garlic mashed potatoes and yellow squash. The meal alone was phenomenal, I thought I was going to need a wheelbarrow to leave haha. Nicole was working the bar that day and was attentive, engaging and knowledgable as always. I washed down the meal with 2 Clean IPA's. I recommend anyone visit this place any day of the week. My only wish is that there were more options for steak on the menu, but I love their burgers and sandwiches too.
