Focus Lighting, Inc. Review

Bad customer service. Took years for them to return my call and when they did they were still rude. Never working with them again.

I am an owner/operator of two restaurants in Boston, MA. We worked with Focus Lighting on a total renovation of a 160-year old restaurant in 2015. The decision to hire Focus was hands-down the best return on investment that we made during the entire project. The lighting scheme developed by Ryan Fischer for Yvonne's elevated a beautiful design to a jaw-dropping level. Their procurement services were the most professional and pain-free of any agent who worked on the project. It is impossible to overstate the effect that Focus had on the finished product at Yvonne's. We are working with them now on another restaurant build-out, and I don't imagine we will ever do another project without Focus Lighting on the team.

Focus was a pleasure to work with. They were more than knowledgable on which fixtures/bulbs we should use and how to best light our space. We had some very unusual needs and the team at Focus Lighting designed and programmed these features from scratch! I would never do another project without Focus on our design team.

Our group has had great experiences with Kelly, Maya and the team at Focus. We would recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them again on many future projects.

These guys are super professional and super knowledgeable they bother testing themself everything they sell and they are well-equipped in there office. I will definitely recommend working with them from a technical point of view and from a design point of view.

Terrible customer service. Do not bother calling them for after sales service or a troubleshooting questions.

Terrible service even if you call for new purchase orders. They do not know a shred of customer service, so I strongly advise against working with such a company.
