I have been buying my shoes from Jones for 25 years and they haven't disappointed me yet. My favourite branch used to be in Covent garden but that has now closed so I recently tried the Jermyn street branch. There I was reunited with the same manager that served me at Covent garden. Still as charming and helpful as ever. They have some great bargains so I would encourage you all to go and check them out.

Id Like to take a minute to appreciate the wonderful service I receieved by the tall bearded gentlemen at Jones Bootmaker Covent Garden. I didnt manage to get his name but I can safely say I will be visiting again and will consult with him once more when deciding my next fashion exploits.

Its lovely to experience this sort of service in stores rather than the usual online method. Its people like this that make me return.

Was a long term customer of jones but got to say the customer service for this store is awful. Went to the store twice to return an online item when I was sent back given the return system was 'down' and the staff being extremely unknowledgeable about their own company system. The shoebox of the shoes with which was left there while I had to take the second trip, was being marked all over. AVOID this store if you can. Complete waste of time.

I would rate it higher but the shop is really small and you struggle to find what your looking for. Rents are vey high along Jermyn Street so I understand, it's more of an emergency shop when you need good shoes for a meeting etc.

I just bought some shoes at the Jones on Jermyn Street and wanted to share with you how impressed I was with the service. The store was busy and Mohammed clearly managed this well, ensuring he greeted me despite having a number of customers he was also supporting. He gave excellent advice on the shoes I was looking at, providing his own personal experience and clearly well informed thoughts on what I should go for. I also spoke to Pam briefly who I could tell was a great person and I could see supporting other customers very well. She also has a fantastic calming voice and demeanor. Both a great testament to Jones / Pavers.

Thanks both,
Ross

Avoid the shop with rude customer services assistant. Very unhelpful. I visited the shop to try shoes, couldn't decide. Came next day finding out that the shop is closing at 7.00 pm. He would allow me in the shop at 6.45 to 6.50. Ata, the CSA was rude whilst refusing to serve and when I politely said i have come a long way and its not 7.00 yet, he rudely said this is our shop and we can close whenever we want. Was very confrontational and made me uneasy., Poor services in customer care, I will avoid them like plague.

Abysmal customer service from Pam, the store manager apparently. Blaming me for the faulty product below, taking no responsibility, no apology, and she says she s been in the business for over 20 years. From my experience, she s has no idea on customer service. If you want good service, go to the Seven Dials store - who identified it as faulty and exchanged without a question being asked. I don t normally do bad reviews but Pams conduct was embarrassing. She even tried to shove me out the store!
