VISIT ON 5-20-17 POOR FRONT SERVICE & ENFORCING POLICY NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ON THE BUILDING. WE ARE HERE FOR 11/2 HOURS AND THE WAS NO ONE HERE . CHANCE THEIR NAME FROM MEDEXPRESS TO MEDSUPRESS.
After seeing my wife for her pre exam screening, the RN walked out to the desk and said "she would annoy me if she was my girlfriend" the walls are paper thin we heard you buddy. Doctor was annoyed that we even came in since she wasn't vomiting.
My wife went in with the flu they gave her antibiotics and cough medicine $119 for the visit and $36 for the scripts now less then a week later they wa t her to come in for a recheck, so is that gonna be yet another $119 ? Im a plumber if I dont fix right the first time I don't charge and plumbers are not cheap either
Went in being completely honest and they look at everyone like they're drug addicts. Place is a joke. Dont go here if you really need help. They are morons.
Very sick today, went up to reception. Asked if I could get appointment since waiting area was packed. Told they don't take appointments. Asked if I could be called on phone when my time came and wait on parking lot. I was told can't wait on parking lot against company policy.
Absolutely pathetic experience. We went in to get my ear checked out and waited for an hour in one of the rooms at first we were told the doctor would be in shortly, then after 30 mins got up to go and ask what was taking so long and was told that we were next. Another 30 mins or more passed by and still no sign of the doctor. Finally I just got up went out and told them I was leaving because we had waited over an hour without anyone telling us what was going on. They did not try to stop us or even apologize they just said okay and let us walk out. Very bad experience and won't be going back there. If there was a way to give 0 stars I definitely would.

I would give negative stars if I could. Receptionist is rude and spoke to me "matter of factly" the doctor was incompetent and tried to prescribe me two medications I'm deathly allergic to when my chart was right in front of her. I had to find her and ask what my strep results were bc no one came back into my room for 45 minutes. Walked out. Never again
I waited for close to two hours, only to be seen by a provider for less than five minutes. The provider did not even take the time to check out me out. I came thinking I had a sinus infection which is then what she diagnosed me with. Her exact words were we are going to call this a sinus infection . I don t know how a professional health care provider can diagnose a patient without even checking out the situation.
Doctor wouldn't give me more than 3 pills for a chronic migraine. (Husband had to carry me to and from the car, it was so debilitating) The doc's reason was because I didn't have a general practitioner. He was cold and calculated for sure. It's not like I needed an opiate
Went to get a pregnancy test for a job. Waited an hour and a half, had to leave because I had another appointment. Will not be going back for possible UTI after having to hold it in.
Also, the copay for me peeing in a cup and then sticking a strip in there and looking for a color change? $50...
Long wait, but once I was seen the staff was extremely nice, Had to have my foot cut open and the doctor was great at talking to me through it trying to distract me.
I just moved to the area and my son has been whining and crying off and on about his leg and so I looked for an urgent care to take him to because we didn t have a pediatrician yet , well the dr look me straight in the face and told me I was lying about his leg and such well I was holding back trying not to go off on him because I wanted to find out what was wrong come to find out I got them to do X-ray he had a broken leg , I would NEVER recommend going here or even taking a animal to them for that matter they was rude and hateful to me and my son !!!! Please take your children somewhere else I do not recommend anyone going here ..

I went here and threw up twice in the bathroom, waiting two hours to be seen by a doctor. To this day I am still sick and trying to figure out what is wrong. (This was about 2 weeks ago). All that they did was a urine analysis to tell me I m dehydrated and not pregnant, and I got charged $200 for something I already knew. After going here I ve been told that medexpress overcharges, has long wait times and isn t very helpful, that I should never go there. I am starting to see why.
Knew exactly what i had and gave a prescription. Although i saw a real doctor in a different place and she got what i had wrong!
Was registered, triaged, checked by the doctor , and out the door with a antibiotic in less than 30 minutes. I normally visit another Med Express location, and have never been there less than 2 hours. Reception, nurse, and doctor were super nice and efficient.
I went at 7:40 PM. I was in and out within 20 minutes. fastest MedExpress experience I've ever had. I was tested and treated and walked out with a prescription.
