Lovely home away from home. Very clean and neat with great service and cordial staff. Great for a family getaway and close to most tourist attractions. Booked with breakfast inclusive and was very satisfied with the meals offered. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Would surely recommend as it is great for the price.

Hotel staff was very friend even upon late arrival to the hotel. Free hotel parking. Centrally located to the places to be visited. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Dubai.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed. The location is awesome, not too far from airport and also lots of shopping centers and Restuarants around. Omg the staff are too awesome, they are courteous and very responsive, down to the room service, very prompt to request and helpful.
Now talking about the rooms, I wasn t expecting it to be that big and spacious, the settings are modern and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom aren t bad at all. My only complaints is the smell at the walkway, there could be some improvements on that and also the construction site opp the hotel couldn t avail me some good sleep for some days because of the heavy machines there. All in all, I rate this hotel 99.9%

My and my husband have nice time to stay in this hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the cleaning staff called Reddy. He always asked me if we need something, and he likes to entertained my little girl with towel craft and she's very happy.
An excellent and very respectable hotel. It found a quiet place, and its workers all deal with visitors and residents in an upscale manner, especially brother Ahmed Shawky, so I honestly advise everyone, especially families.

I like Flora creek deluxe hotel apartment. Because reception people's behaviour Nice.. Room cleaner boy & others very sincere. Overall Very good.
I don't recommend this hotel at all!!
Firstly, the apartment had old furniture and the tv was ancient.
Secondly, the standard of cleanliness is beyond horrible, since the housekeeping staff clean the bathroom with their hands and then move to clean the bedroom and change the sheets without even washing their hands! Also, there were flies and insects allover the apartment and no one cared to control them! Moreover, they used to spray a horrible air freshener in the apartment to cover the original smell of the apartment, and I have asthma. So I basically chocked from the smell everytime they cleaned the apartment, even when I told them I am allergic they didn't listen!
Regarding the front disk and the reception, they don't have the decency to admit their faults or disturbance to the guest, they used to call whenever they pleased, they didn't know how to respect the guest, and when we asked for the manager of the hotel, they lied about his identity and presented another collegue from flora park hotel as if he is the manager.
So, seriously don't stay in this nightmare hotel, with their high rates, you can find lots of amazing respectable and clean hotels instead to enjoy your stay.

We visited my friend and liked ithow it looked; tge room seemed good but their covered pool is small.
It's a fabulous and amazing hotel. It's very clean and comfortable. If your coming Dubai,you should take a room in this amazing hotel.

Very nice hotel with attentive staff and pleasant ambiance. Just 5 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms are spacious with all facilities included like kitchen washing machine etc. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent close to the airport and there is a nearby mosque, a supermarket and restaurants ... but the cleanliness of the board and the floor mat is bad and you should beware of the cleaning workers where my children found their own bags checked ..

Nice apartments in a very convenient location. Staff is responsive and professional. Very good breakfast although they are a little slow cleaning off the tables that have been used. Try to get a creekside apartment otherwise you will smell the odors coming from the street level restaurants. Also try to get a non-smoking floor, although that doesn't always guarantee that your neighbor won't smoke.
