My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago was a great experience, from the sales representative Joseph Smalzer he was very nice, helpful, patient and not pushy which is what I liked about him. I love my new ML350; I love all the features and the way it rides. I'am very pleased overall. I would definitely recommend Joseph Smalzer and Mercedes-Benz of Chicago.
