Thank God for Flash! They made all my problems go away concerning my appliances. Professional, reliable and amazing customer service. Should i say more?

It was my first time using Flash Repair and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our diagnosis didn't take long + was written out for us thoroughly. They gave us the choice without any pressure to use them for the repairs necessary, and of course, with the technician's positive attitude, it made me want to continue with them! The dryer that has been causing us issues for a very long time was quickly fixed & their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company! I will be using them in the future if and when any of our appliances are not working properly.

I had a Samsung refrigerator with a faulty ice maker, flash repair replaced it for the price they said they would in the time they said they would. No complaints. Excellent service.

Called for help because my washing machine didn't spin properly anymore; wasn't given much flexibility in terms of scheduling an appointment for the technician's visit. We were told that they close at 5pm (website says service hours until 9pm) and that we were kind of out of the way (in the West Island) although again the website clearly states that they go to Montreal/West Island/Laval and South Shore. "Call be back if you can't find anyone else" is really not a professional answer let alone good service!

While going a diagnostic on my washing machine, the technician did a maintainance of my other appliances. The dishwasher was checked and the filters cleaned and the sprayer arms inspected. The fridge was new so the cleaning of the back was explained and should be done every year. The dryer was also cleaned down inside the lint trap area. All these efforts were truly appreciated. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others but good service overall. They take accountability for their work and send additional reps on site if needed.

Don't use these guys! They sent a technician to fix my fridge, who told me it would take 2-3 days to order parts. After more than a week I called them. I was told the parts hadn't arrived yet and no one knew when they'd be delivered.
After two weeks of not being able to store food in my fridge, a different technician suddenly called me and told me he'd arrive in 15 minutes?!
The second technician couldn't handle the fridge by himself and I had to lift it to help him. He dropped the fridge, chipped and damaged my cabinet- when I asked why the fan was suddenly making weird noises he nonchalantly told me it might be broken and I'd know within a week if it needed further repair!?
Why didn't the first technician flag this as a difficult repair to the company/second technician?!
Not impressed with their service. Never using them again (unless they have to come back to repair the broken fan that their "repair" technician busted on the back of my fridge!!)

I spoke to Peter today about my broken LG washing machine (burning smell, rattling, etc. during the spin cycle). He explained to me that the problem was likely very serious, thereby saving me an expensive service call and a huge amount of wasted time. Thanks so much for your honesty and your clear explanation. Next time I have a (fixable) appliance breakdown, I'm definitely calling Flash Repair!

Very very disappointed with this company; the technician was very nice but was about 20 years old, with a few months of experience, spoke with a colleague on his cell to understand the problem of my fridge to finally tell me that he did not see the problem can be a 'small gas leak, that the fridge was finished .. Fee $ 97 for this kind of service is simply theft !!!

The repairman arrived at the scheduled time, was very polite, repaired the device quickly and even stayed a little later to explain what he had done and give us tips to extend the life of our machine. Very good service at a good price!

Scheduling the appointment was not completely straightforward, I had to call a couple times to schedule and clarify details. The technical service itself was impeccable, the guy did very good work.

I just moved into the Milend district and recently found out my washer was leaking. This is my first experience with an appliance repair company. I found the technician to be very friendly and professional. He had to order a part, it took 2 days like he said it would take and in the end everything worked fine.
they charged me under 150$ which i found very reasonable considering they had to order a part. I hope this helps people make up there mind.

First service call with this company. When i called the number, they got me an appointment the next day. Before arriving, the technician called to say he would be a my home in 15 min - took off his big boots before entering the house. Fixed the problem, explained how to clean another part of the washing machine and that was done. Cleaned up the water mess when doing the quick repair. All good. The individual who came to our house was excellent - polite with a 'thank you' at the end. Would recommend!

Very pleased, the technician was able to accommodate my schedule and come in the evening, and fixed the problem with my fridge right away.

I've done business with Flash Repair three times now, and each time I'm very satisfied. Customer service is very attentive, both on the phone when making an appointment and the repairer. It's been three times now that it's been Mike coming to my house, for three different appliances, and Mike is very honest and professional, and he always makes sure he finds solutions.

Called to get a repair for an oven issue, the technician on the phone asked me about the problem, then had me try something first and it fixed the problem completely. Great technicians, clean cut, didn't make a mess and were very respectful. Came to see about our dryer and knew right away the motor needed to be replaced but we kind of knew that since it sounded like a dying cat. After they got the parts delivered, they fixed it in about an hour. Gave us some good tips on maintenance as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Repair man by the name of Mike was polite clean and prompt in his work great service !

I called them a week ago. They finally returned my call and showed up the same day. Their repair person, Julian, was very professional and friendly. I had no objection to the $109 labour cost, but $55 for a dryer belt that couldn't have cost more than $5 was pretty silly and was a sour note.

I called Flash Repair and explained how my washing machine was not draining the water properly when it was in the drain and spin cycle. He was in my neighbourhood and had time to come and fix my washing machine the day I called. He identified the problem in less than 30 minutes. I was really pleased with the service and I highly would recommend Flash Repair to everyone!

I landed on Flash Repair after a terrible experience with another service. I had to wait for about a week for my appointment, but my dishwasher was repaired during that one visit by a young man who was polite and professional. Very happy with the service.

Returned my call within half hour (amazing).
I was shocked when he asked me to do a test on the phone before even taking my address or any form of payment.
Came next day, very professional, did only what needed to be done. Quick, showed me why was wrong, fixed it on the spot. Then he even did a maint. Check with me and showed me what I needed to do to keep the machine in good working order.

I have used Flash Repair / EuroService to repair my old Frigidaire Washer and dryer.

Their techs were polite and professional.

We were experiencing issues with our dryer and they were able to come the next day and fix the problem within an hour. They also checked out our other appliances and provided useful tips on how to maintain them. Overall friendly and helpful service.

I do not recommend at all flash repair, they do business with subcontractors who are not at all serious, they recommend scrupulous people

We booked an install for our appliances and waited one week when they cancelled two hours before, saying their installer was sick. They come a week later and after we told them that what brand of appliances and type were to be installed they wouldn't do it because they didn't want to break them.

I've this company used for several appliance repairs over the years. Very responsive, they usually respond to a call within 24 hours, and technicians are always skilled, on time and professional. Reasonable price and great service.

I strongly discourage this company! A repairman came to my house, watched my machine wash for 30 seconds and told me it was broken, that he had nothing to do. They charged me $ 100 for that, THIEVES.

Flash repair took the time to thoroughly examine and diagnose our dishwasher issue and immediately followed up that afternoon with a call to confirm the cost of the new part and for the labour. Had a problem with my dryer Monday.. called Flash repair and today ( Tuesday ) it was running again within the hour... great service from beginning to end .. will call for future problems with appliances...

I absolutely do not recommend them! Nothing for this deplorable customer service and disrespect to the customer.
Rather effective repairs, even if the 1st diagnosis is wrong (on purpose?) And one to two additional visits are necessary each time. The 2 times I have had to deal with them, the appliances worked again, on the 2nd visit. But above all, really deplorable service !!! Complete lack of respect for the client.
Unable to reach the technician by phone, gave no news, called back when he wanted, several days later! In the meantime ... no news !! Appointments are made, but not respected! It s really a total disrespect! I can understand a cancellation of an appointment when an unforeseen event arises, or a delay linked to a longer previous job, as long as it is notified, but without news ... How do you trust the client?

In our case, a problem with a washer was reported on a Tuesday morning. The technician ended up answering his phone on Wednesday afternoon (despite the messages left). He came and noticed the breakdown very quickly. A part had to be ordered. We were to have news on Friday. But radio silence !! No way to reach the technician for news all weekend long! Difficult to organize! And thank you for the respect of the customer.
When he was kind enough to call us back on Sunday afternoon to give us news, an appointment was made for Monday at 4 p.m. because it ended at 5 p.m. (closing time at 9 pm? Is that true? ?, but hey, let's face it), but he never showed up! He tried to reach us earlier today (but we missed the call because we work so weirdly), but did not leave a message! Impossible to reach him later! I had to take an afternoon to be there, but for nothing, since he did not show up or warned! When he finally agreed to answer the phone around 5.30 p.m., of course he could not pass and will come back the next day. Seriously? How much does it cost to take 2 min to prevent and avoid unnecessary travel?
Worst ! Same thing the next day! He showed up 1.5 hours late and I had to call to find out! Otherwise, it was radio silence again!
It's been over a week since the washer stopped working! With young children, it's great! Thank you Flash Repairs! Do you have children? Do you really have a sense of customer as you mention on your 2 sites? Do you make up for my absences from work to be there? The 2nd time I could have come 1h30 later without impacting my work! Is it really that complicated to prevent?
This service was chosen and imposed by our owner since the appliances belong to him. I don't know the prices. They are surely very competitive to allow themselves not to respect the client. Besides, just like the technician, the office never answers the phone!

In summary: 2 websites, same number, deplorable customer service. No guarantee of respect to the client, nor of the schedules. Correct repair? to check if the repair holds ...

OVERPRICED spare parts (more than double the price if you buy them elsewhere or online); however, the service was good.

Highly recommend this service. My European made washing machine would not start although door was properly shut. Messaging board kept flashing but door lock needed to be changed Flash repair provided the spare part within super short timeline at a cost five times cheaper than a major repair company would have charged. Competent and efficient service and repair. I'm happy I called them to repair my twenty year old fridge that still has plenty of life in it. They got it up and running in no time.

Top service and stress free :) I had so much problem with my new appliances after delivery. Flash replaced my drain hose, and re-install 3 appliances (washer-dryer and dishwasher) in less than 2 hours. That was quite remarkable.

Great company, they really know what they are doing. The technician Hassan passed by to repair my fridge, he defrosted it and replaced a thermostat and explained to me how to do preventive maintenance to keep the refrigerator from breaking down again. Highly recommended and will call them again if anything goes wrong.
