I absolutely do not recommend them! Nothing for this deplorable customer service and disrespect to the customer.
Rather effective repairs, even if the 1st diagnosis is wrong (on purpose?) And one to two additional visits are necessary each time. The 2 times I have had to deal with them, the appliances worked again, on the 2nd visit. But above all, really deplorable service !!! Complete lack of respect for the client.
Unable to reach the technician by phone, gave no news, called back when he wanted, several days later! In the meantime ... no news !! Appointments are made, but not respected! It s really a total disrespect! I can understand a cancellation of an appointment when an unforeseen event arises, or a delay linked to a longer previous job, as long as it is notified, but without news ... How do you trust the client?

In our case, a problem with a washer was reported on a Tuesday morning. The technician ended up answering his phone on Wednesday afternoon (despite the messages left). He came and noticed the breakdown very quickly. A part had to be ordered. We were to have news on Friday. But radio silence !! No way to reach the technician for news all weekend long! Difficult to organize! And thank you for the respect of the customer.
When he was kind enough to call us back on Sunday afternoon to give us news, an appointment was made for Monday at 4 p.m. because it ended at 5 p.m. (closing time at 9 pm? Is that true? ?, but hey, let's face it), but he never showed up! He tried to reach us earlier today (but we missed the call because we work so weirdly), but did not leave a message! Impossible to reach him later! I had to take an afternoon to be there, but for nothing, since he did not show up or warned! When he finally agreed to answer the phone around 5.30 p.m., of course he could not pass and will come back the next day. Seriously? How much does it cost to take 2 min to prevent and avoid unnecessary travel?
Worst ! Same thing the next day! He showed up 1.5 hours late and I had to call to find out! Otherwise, it was radio silence again!
It's been over a week since the washer stopped working! With young children, it's great! Thank you Flash Repairs! Do you have children? Do you really have a sense of customer as you mention on your 2 sites? Do you make up for my absences from work to be there? The 2nd time I could have come 1h30 later without impacting my work! Is it really that complicated to prevent?
This service was chosen and imposed by our owner since the appliances belong to him. I don't know the prices. They are surely very competitive to allow themselves not to respect the client. Besides, just like the technician, the office never answers the phone!

In summary: 2 websites, same number, deplorable customer service. No guarantee of respect to the client, nor of the schedules. Correct repair? to check if the repair holds ...
