Don't use these guys! They sent a technician to fix my fridge, who told me it would take 2-3 days to order parts. After more than a week I called them. I was told the parts hadn't arrived yet and no one knew when they'd be delivered.
After two weeks of not being able to store food in my fridge, a different technician suddenly called me and told me he'd arrive in 15 minutes?!
The second technician couldn't handle the fridge by himself and I had to lift it to help him. He dropped the fridge, chipped and damaged my cabinet- when I asked why the fan was suddenly making weird noises he nonchalantly told me it might be broken and I'd know within a week if it needed further repair!?
Why didn't the first technician flag this as a difficult repair to the company/second technician?!
Not impressed with their service. Never using them again (unless they have to come back to repair the broken fan that their "repair" technician busted on the back of my fridge!!)
