Called for help because my washing machine didn't spin properly anymore; wasn't given much flexibility in terms of scheduling an appointment for the technician's visit. We were told that they close at 5pm (website says service hours until 9pm) and that we were kind of out of the way (in the West Island) although again the website clearly states that they go to Montreal/West Island/Laval and South Shore. "Call be back if you can't find anyone else" is really not a professional answer let alone good service!
