American Color Imagery Review

I ve been with ACI for 5 years now. They are phenomenal to work with from customer service to tech support to their printing lab. They take the time to review the order and quality based on file size and orientation chosen before printing. If they feel the print quality is lacking they provide a courtesy call to discuss cons with you unlike other labs who print large volumes with no special attention to detail or service. They also have a multitude of albums and special canvas to choose from and the metal is absolutely gorgeous!

I have used ACI for at least 10 years now. Their products and customer service are amazing.

Customer since 2008 through former employer and eventually as my own studio. Have tested other labs (WHCC, Millers, etc.) but customer service can never be beat. 2020 was the FIRST time I had an issue with the ROES software and it was fixed in ten minutes! :) Hooray! Will continue to be a loyal customer and refer ACI to friends in the industry.

Stopped by their office in Cedarfalls, Ia and waited at the door for over 5min. and the receptionist would not open the door to let me in. I saw at least one other employee in there. I was looking to do business with them, but not now. That is know way to treat potential customers.

ACI is a great professional photography lab. The quality and customer service really stand out. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
