First service call with this company. When i called the number, they got me an appointment the next day. Before arriving, the technician called to say he would be a my home in 15 min - took off his big boots before entering the house. Fixed the problem, explained how to clean another part of the washing machine and that was done. Cleaned up the water mess when doing the quick repair. All good. The individual who came to our house was excellent - polite with a 'thank you' at the end. Would recommend!
