skilled staff who take the time for you. Good customer tracking system, goes by name, you don't have to wait too long for your things. Also with the repair department good experience with my laptop. It was something small, but time was taken, it was simple to remedy and it cost nothing. Top service!

Unfortunately there was no time to look at the cooling issue. The PC sometimes stops in very hot weather. It was immediately suggested that a new motherboard and processor cost 650 euros ?????? The PC had to be taken and takes approximately 5 to 6 working days. JAMMER that information has become too large and service is not so important.

very good store with a very wide range for everything that has to do with your computer / laptop / nas / navigation. always customer friendly and helpful with the choice made. they take the time here for their customers and try not to work out the door as quickly as possible. they think along with you if you are not sure and always come up with a solution. usually slightly more expensive than the competitor in terms of price, but the service / customer-friendliness / guarantee does not outweigh the price highly recommended.

Great service and very nice, helpful employees. A large variety of laptops, monitors, keyboards and mice can be found in the showroom. They also have a corner TV and some other stuff, but you can find more in other stores. The assortment on the web shop is against this enormously extensive, and also regularly the cheapest. In short: top store.

I have been buying at Informatique for a long time both in Steenbergen and in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the business customer service always takes the time for me, and the employees in the store do the same. However, it has recently become a competition for those who can wait the longest. Warranty settlement is just KUT, you can't add much to that. Video card was defective, this had to be examined first with a lot of additional costs. Eventually after two weeks, emailed with the message that he was broken ..... JOHH I could understand that. After this he was '' repaired externally '' with a waiting time of more than 1.5 months. After being a loyal customer for 3 years and having bought something here every week it is over and over for me.

One of the better computer stores in the country. At the advice desk in the store are people who really know what they are talking about, and who help well with purchases. And they are also relatively cheap :)

Last month I bought a Canon color laser printer from their outlet store, without box as described, when I got home and after installing it I found out that the content of the black cartridge was at 40%. Reported this by telephone, and they indicated that they had forgotten to mention this. Unfortunately, at first there was no agreement with the customer service of informatique, eventually after completing the complaint form (on their website) at informatique I received a new black cartridge (for nothing). Thanks Informatique! a good company distinguishes itself in dealing with complaints / differences.

As a customer you are worth nothing. Bad treatment as a regular customer! If I buy a charger for a Lenovo, I was already advised when buying to go for a good brand and if it does not fit to not use the thing. It turned out there was no good plug. I would bring the thing back but I always failed in time. finally i went back (too late) no i am told that they will not take him back. so are the rules. No credit voucher to make up for the missed turnover and to keep a satisfied customer with a social circle around it. NOT NO NOTHING of that. You're a number. Advice "go to a store where you are valued as a customer when you bring your money" back then it was good there! - The thing is new and undamaged - the packaging is undamaged - the thing is common enough to sell! - No loss on a voucher I asked for. - a satisfied customer who continues to buy Now the customer is unsatisfied, the charger can eat himself and will not return if possible. Pay attention ! before you pull your wallet!

3 weeks ago I ordered a video card from this website. Neat purchase confirmation and track and trace received. However, after a few days, the track and trace will indicate that the package has been delivered and it has been signed with a separate signature on it. I have not received or signed anything because I was not even home at this time. Immediately contacted the company to which it was quickly responded that they were going to do an investigation that would take 3 to 5 days, after which they would contact me. After a week no response to which I contacted again. I had no response to this email, which I emailed again the following week. To this e-mail I received the response '' Postnl indicates that the package has actually been delivered and if it is a regular delivery person, he must address it personally ''. In other words, I will not be helped with my problem and I have to see if I can speak to the parcel deliverer who comes by.

The service is great and for the average buyer the selection they offer is wide enough. They are a bit on the pricey side though, being on average 5% more expensive than online stores I'd say. But that's an acceptable price to pay for service and immediately getting the thing you're paying for.

Very slow collection counter, other customers whose products were collected later were helped earlier. Pre-ordering does not help, the products are only looked up in the warehouse when you come to pick it up. The printer that I came to collect was at least 25 minutes in the order crate before it was my turn, and that while there were a total of 4 customers, counting the undersigned.

Quick service. It is honestly told what is going on, and if a new product has to be purchased when the old one is defective, then no overpriced laptop is recommended where a cheaper one is sufficient.

I bought a new laptop which already showed several defects at the time of purchase. After repair, the defects were not resolved and I wanted a new one or my money back, which I was refused. Later when I complained to Informatique customer service they talked through me and hung up. I am very satisfied with purchases that I have made before, but with this purchase a lot went wrong in the handling and communication by Informatique. This meant that the consumer association had to be called in.

Great store with good service and competitive prices. Pick up works fine only really only go when you have the confirmation that you can pick up an order. Even if a product is in stock according to the site, wait for the pick-up message. The usefulness of reporting via the link in the email that you will pick up your order is not entirely clear to me, in the end you are just waiting because you only get in the queue when you enter or scan your collection code.

Product purchased 24 months warranty broken after 12 months received a new product (24 month warranty, right ??) broken after 12 months but now suddenly there is no longer a guarantee no guarantee was on the first product so I was told bull of course (I'm not done with this yet)
