As a customer you are worth nothing. Bad treatment as a regular customer! If I buy a charger for a Lenovo, I was already advised when buying to go for a good brand and if it does not fit to not use the thing. It turned out there was no good plug. I would bring the thing back but I always failed in time. finally i went back (too late) no i am told that they will not take him back. so are the rules. No credit voucher to make up for the missed turnover and to keep a satisfied customer with a social circle around it. NOT NO NOTHING of that. You're a number. Advice "go to a store where you are valued as a customer when you bring your money" back then it was good there!

- the thing is common enough to sell!
- No loss on a voucher I asked for.
